Amazing hotel and fantastic location
Pros:

Location was excellent. The property had large bedrooms and good amenities.

Cons:

A foul smell from the drain in bathroom when you used the hot shower. This is why I did not give the property 10 stars. It must be a drainage issue as I had 4 rooms booked and all had similar issue. However, I would still book this hotel again as overall I was pleased with my stay.

Не большой отель с гармоничным оформлением, прекрасным расположением в центре старого города с пешей и транспортной доступностью до всего . Абсолютное гостеприимство . Прекрасный завтрак. Есть хороший спорт зал . Не большой, но всё есть . Спасибо! Рад что удалось вернуться в Стамбул с остановкой у вас!

Delightful experience!
Pros:

Perfect location for us. So many restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to Topkapi palace and Blue Mosque, also Hagia Sophia but did not enter this one bec of ongoing renovation. Service was really great! It was a “feel good” hotel. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We liked that our rooms had windows. Toilet and bath rooms are clean. We so love their breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing I dislike.

Perfect location, wonderful staff and beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The location is very central and walking distance to many historic sites. Our room was very comfortable, spotless, quiet and beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

One of the city's best-located hotels
Pros:

The hotel is located in the Sirkeci district, right in the heart of it all. The New Mosque and the Galata Bridge are a 5-minute walk away, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar are a 10-minute walk away, and the Suleiman Mosque is a 15-minute walk away. The small street where the hotel is located is quiet, but there are two shopping streets at either end. There are countless small restaurants in the area, as well as all kinds of shops. I’ve never stayed anywhere in Istanbul with a better location.

The hotel itself is quiet and comfortable. The bar’s glass front is open during the day, and there are tables on the street as well—it’s a great place to sit, whether with a drink or your morning coffee. The restaurant has been listed in the Michelin Guide for 2023, 2024, and 2025, though I didn’t see a star. Breakfast meets all the expectations one would have of a four-star hotel in every respect; the fresh fruit is delicious.

The staff is friendly and attentive, and they recommend numerous activities. Luggage storage is available after check-out. I recommend avoiding the hotel’s airport shuttle; we paid 150 euros, and I saw several ads in the city offering the same service for around 40 euros, but I think you could get there by taxi for that price as well.

The building’s classic appearance is appealing; the walls of the rooms and the ground floor are clad in brick, which creates a very nice atmosphere. The room is spacious and well-equipped, and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on.

Despite all that, we had a great time; the hotel’s location, the staff’s attentiveness, and the atmosphere more than made up for the issues mentioned above. It’s definitely one of the best choices in Istanbul for anyone who can live with the shortcomings mentioned above.

Cons:

The building’s mechanical systems, however, are in poor condition: the air conditioner in our room was noisy and very outdated, and it didn’t even work in our travel companions’ room. The toilet flush button kept getting stuck, causing the water to gush out, so we had to pry the button loose. Finally, a sewer smell was wafting from the bathroom; we asked them to fix it—but they couldn’t. The shower stall is quite slippery, and the shower panel isn’t exactly state-of-the-art. The hotel could really use a thorough renovation.

Я попросила самый тихий номер, и мне дали номер действительно очень тихий . Мы прекрасно спали. Очень приветливый , улыбчивый персонал. Заботливо предложили взять с собой перекус при раннем выезде . Приятный завтрак. Расположение гостиницы очень удобное, стмпатичный интерьер. Также нам порекомендовали очень красивый панорамный ресторан рядышком.

Cons:

Я брала улучшенный номер, он был приятного дизайна , но очень скромного размера для нас двоих . Каппучино в баре гостиницы за 10 евро был совсем невкусным.

Staff wasn’t helpful, even if you want to get your rights and the normal items that should be in the room, you
have to pay to the housekeeping staff.
The breakfast option are limited not WAW as they said..
One of the staff named Gorge was unhelpful..
مع الأسف أغلب الموظفين لا يخدموا بشكل جيد وينتظرون مبالغ مادية من النزلاء حتى تتم خدمتهم، إبتداءاً من موظفي المدخل الذين يرفضوا التعاون مع العميل القادم إليهم بسيارة او مواصلات ليست محجوزة من الفندق، حتى ان احدهم اسمه جورج ذكر لنا اننا في حال طلبنا سيارة من الخارج فلن نتعاون معهم للدخول قرب البوابة لأخذنا للمطار، اما خدمة تنظيف الغرف فلا يتم التنظيف بشكل جيد والأدوات الشخصية في دورات المياة لابد ان ندفع لعاملات التنظيف حتى نحصل عليها وعلى خدمة جيدة مفترض تقديمها بدون مقابل ..
خيارات الافطار محدووووودة جداً وليست إفطاراً فاخراً كما هو مذكور في الموقع.
مع الأسف المكان لا يستحق المبلغ ولا الاسم..
فقط الميزة الوحيدة في المكان هو الموقع اما غير ذلك ف لا…
ومستحيل أن أعيد زيارة هذا المكان او ان أرشحه لشخص آخر…
