Nice relaxing stay
Pros:

I liked swimming pool and saunas, very hot saunas and pleasant water in swimming pool. Also the place, where the hotel is situated, is very comfortable one, right near the city park with Rose way and near the center of the city

Cons:

I again was asked to tell my bank card number which is wrong and not safety. Receptionist can't ask for number to see, he/she should lead card through terminal. Never had the same situation in other countries. It's break of my rights and insecure for my sensitive information.

Nothing this was not a pleasant hotel to stay in dirty and old and badly needs updated no plug points by the bed no lockers not even a bottle of water for us the drink terrible

Everything worst hotel iv ever stayed in my whole life also we found out its been used as an ipas centre that housed refugees

Stuff were extremely rude, bar staff weren’t Irish so they weren’t exactly friendly.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, location was good and easy to get around town from the hotel. the first room I got was good.
All the staff were very nice and friendly,

Cons:

When I got back to the hotel around 11.30pm I couldn't get into my room as the lock wouldn't work, i had to get another room which wasn't as nice, very old.

Pros:

The location close to the city was excellent. I stayed there because I went to see the Celtic Steps show in the evening, and the show was excellent as well!

Cons:

The hotel is showing its age and is not very well soundproofed. However, the bathrooms have already been modernized. The pool and sauna could also do with some renovation.

Pros:

Staff were excellent, room was comfortable and clean. Great location to act as a base to explore Tralee, handy to train station and very central to the town.

Cons:

Service was slow in the restaurant as I think the kitchen were overwhelmed for a weekday, but food was good when it arrived and staff were very friendly.
