So many better places in Tralee

It’s right out of the 1990s. Massive key to lug around. Hangers attached to wardrobe & iron attached to ironing board so it’s impossible to use. Dated & worn generally.

And it’s just uncomfortable to use the room. Hanging items up hides the only full length mirror. No plugs anywhere near the beds. The shower handle/shelf fitted exactly where you stand so you can’t actually take a proper shower without gymnastics.

Food is bland & tasteless. Breakfast was so poor we skipped it.

With so many lovely places on offer, don’t book this one. Unfortunately, we had a friend pre-booked here so we joined them, despite having picked a much nicer hotel for similar price. Will never again make that mistake.

The staff are kind and helpful. The parking is huge with easy access to the hotel.

Cons:

By my own car I had to park it at the public parking before the checkin because is there where they will allow me to get access to the parking. They could improve it for their clients.

They changed the room that I choose and said that it was an upgrade. The room was old, smelling dust and it was hot that day with no air conditioner. The staff helped giving me a fun but it only blow hot air due to the weather that day. At their restaurant the fish and chips were greasy.
