Hotel Chapel Christmas Narita -Adult Only

When I buzzed for reception, she wasn't expecting us. Then tried to tell me after finding my booking, that I had paid for one only. She then tapped up a price and said, this is for two people. Fortunately i had photographed the original booking. She then agreed and handed me the key.

During this whole conversation, I could not see her, because her face was purposely hidden behind a veiled window.

When we arrived upstairs, I realized the place was like a cheap brothel. The room smelt like cigarettes, and I was not prepared to hop into their beds. Around 10.30pm as we were sleeping, a chime went off and we had no idea what it was. Then there was a knock on our door. It was a reception I assumed, and she was holding the breakfast menu. That menu looked so old and dated, I could barely make out the photo. To be fair, she apologized and left after I made a choice.

The photos and the booklet itself looked like it was from the seventies. Sadly the best part about this accommodation, was leaving it.

I struggle to understand why Booking.com have allowed them to list at all.

Very disappointed in my choice this time. If it was not so late, I would have left to find another accommodation. We had just traveled for 15hours, we never had the energy to move on anyway.

ソファの座り心地が悪かった!

Smell in the room was bad but can’t be helped as they allow people to smoke in the room. Also have to tell staff when you want to go out which I thought was strange.
