Location was good. Clean room. Good instructions
Noisy neighbors but they did supply ear plugs
Lovely quiet little spot off the road in Manitou. Room was comfortable and clean, with parking right outside.
Plumbing and aircon in the room are quite noisy when it starts up, but didn't really affect my sleep
The location is great for walking all around Manitou Springs. Room was very clean and bathroom too. We stayed in the smaller room this time as it was only for 1 night on the last night of an 18-day road trip thru 4 states. The suite room was great for when we stayed longer than one night but we had enough room for our suitcases and other bags of food and other things.
You can’t beat the price unless you stay outside of Manitou at a chain hotel, maybe. But then you have to drive everywhere. We’ve walked to several bars and restaurants from this property during our two stays.
Not really the hotel’s fault but an alarm clock was going off in the empty room next to us very early in the morning. I work for an airline and this has happened at multiple hotels (in my room) over the past year in the USA so maybe it’s some trend with stupid people to set alarm clocks in hotels before they check out?!
Then we heard a woman singing and a toddler crying so it’s easy to hear things apparently. But I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It beats staying in Colorado Springs or Denver area hotels where you have to dodge dangerous criminals and junkies.
The Inn was exactly as described. I loved the location to all Manitou Springs has to offer, just off the edge if the strip. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The host was very kind as well! I'd be more than happy to stay here for my next trip to town.
N/A
It isn't very clean; there is no microwave, the pillows smell dirty, and one of the blankets does too. The floor is dirty, and the towels are super old.
Nothing, the hotel couldn't accommodate us and we never stayed there!
The photos that were displayed online, were misleading. The rooms were not like little cabins or large suites with a living room. The hotel only had one larger room and it was already occupied, so we couldn't stay there. Im still waiting on my refund, no one every git back to me from booking. Com and we had to make immediate alternative arrangements bcuz we had nowhere to sleep!
Very inviting and comfortable
Small bathroom
The location was great
The sofa was too uncomfortable to even sit on
It’s affordable and clean. The location of this hotel is in Downtown Manitou Springs, and it’s perfect.
None.
It’s clean and affordable. Its location is perfect for visiting the Pike Peak and the Cave of the Winds.
None
I was trying to get across Texas and optimistically made reservation for the fountain creek inn. I was delayed in starting trip, got into Dallas very late, and realized I could not make a 10 hour drive on 3 hours sleep.. I alerted the Inn that I would not make it (so to rent it off possible) She very graciously refunded my pet deposit and is working with me to make a reservation on return trip.
Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the location was close to shopping and restaurants
The rooms are TINY and the layout is awkward. I understand there are limitations of the space which would be difficult to overcome, but if you are tall or claustrophobic you might want to stay elsewhere.
