Tudo perfeito. Xiaolin é uma querida e sempre disponível! Tem um espaço com mta variedade de lanchinhos para que vc possa levar nos passeios ou comer fora de hora. Chuveiro quente, ar condicionado, quarto confortável … além dos animais que são uma fofura 🥰 sempre nos recebendo c mto carinho! E a localização é ótima

Great place to stay. Front desk Xiolin very prompt, friendly and helpful. She helped us book all our tours. Highly recommend this place- tip: request a room without road noise as it was close to main square

Pros:

This is just the most wonderful place to stay. Everything about it was just perfect . Xioalin was an exceptional host - and constantly in contact and helpful with reserving transfers, suggesting restaurants and so much more.
The breakfast is wonderful and on top of that there is access to kitchen/dining room 24/7 to get food.
I will certainly return.

Highly recommended for stay in San Pedro de Atacama

The room was warm and comfortable.

O hotel é uma verdadeira gracinha! Extremamente bem localizado, organizado, limpinho e bonito. Fui durante o inverno, e um ponto muito importante é que os quartos são preparados para conservar bem a temperatura, deixando o ambiente sempre agradável e confortável. O chuveiro é ótimo, com água bem quentinha (inclusive há água quente na pia!). O hotel também conta com um espaço para refeições, com diversos tipos de alimentos e bebidas, que funciona 24 horas em sistema de self-service. Achei isso muito prático e foi bastante útil durante a estadia. Definitivamente, passei ótimos momentos por lá e não posso deixar de agradecer e reconhecer o excelente atendimento da Xiaolin. Desde antes da minha chegada até o dia de ir embora, ela foi extremamente solícita e sempre muito rápida nas respostas pelo WhatsApp. Ajudou com tudo: desde dúvidas sobre o check-in e a estadia até a organização dos transfers de ida e volta. A ajuda da Xiaolin fez toda a diferença e, por si só, já teria tornado a experiência especial. Nota 10 para o Nueva Lodge! Recomendo muito e certamente me hospedaria lá novamente.

Cons:

O único ponto não tão positivo (mas que também não compromete em absolutamente nada a experiência ou o conforto da estadia) é o Wi-Fi. O sinal realmente não é dos melhores e, em alguns momentos, a internet funciona de forma intermitente. Mas isso só se tornava um pouco inconveniente no final do dia, quando queríamos usar a internet para coisas não essenciais (e que quase nem acessamos durante a viagem), como Instagram ou WhatsApp. Importante deixar claro: tem, sim, Wi-Fi e ele funciona! Só não é dos melhores. Mas aqui estou sendo bastante rigoroso, porque, sinceramente, como já falei, a nota para o hotel continua sendo 10! Foi uma experiência excelente e recomendo muito!

Beautiful property, very well located. Xiaolin was very responsive—even when we had to ask her a question at midnight. There is a cantina open 24 hours with bread, cereals, fruit, snacks, cold cuts, instant coffee and tea. There were also water bottles and thermoses to borrow.

Cons:

Despite all the nice things in the cantina, we would have loved access to some boiled eggs. One morning (out of 5) there was an employee in the cantina who made us some eggs.
