Fantastic stay
Pros:

Right behind the Duomo - great location. We got early check-in - the lady at the reception was so kind. She even proposed us to change the room later if it's not quiet enough.

Most perfect location, beautiful hotel, very good service

Cons:

Weird thing - at breakfast you get an a la carte menu which half of it is chargeable - you would expect that for the price you pay per night incl breakfast - everything at breakfast will be included
