Pros:

Próxima à Avenida Arequipa, ao sítio arqueológico Huacca Pucllana, a restaurantes, cafeteria, supermercado e conveniência. Caminhada curta leva até o mercado de artesanato e parque kenedy. Ficamos no quarto triplo no térreo, que conta com um terraço. O quarto é grande, assim como o banheiro. São instalações novas e o enxoval é bom. Na recepção tem disponível bebedouro com água mineral, café e água quente com chá em sachê. As funcionárias são receptivas. Guardaram as bagagens até o horário do checkin.

Cons:

O café da manhã é servido no quarto andar e não tem elevador. O cardápio é pouco variado (duas opções de pão, fruta, 1 suco e 1 bolo) e igual todos os dias (ficamos 4 dias). O café não era muito quente. Poderiam disponibilizar um varal de chão no terraço. O chuveiro leva 2 minutos para aquecer, desperdiçando água. O vaso sanitário fica debaixo da escada, nos fazendo bater a cabeça (poderiam sinalizar de alguma forma). Disponibilizam pouco papel higiênico, considerando ser um quarto triplo. Tínhamos que solicitar reposição à recepção.

Good location, walkable or short taxi to most places, friendly staff, nice room, good hot shower, good breakfast

Cons:

The breakfast felt over supervised by the staff it made us feel uneasy
The dirty laundry was laid out in bundles in the reception area which may only happen occasionally but felt unprofessional

Very nice location and good space
Pros:

Hotel is very well located, close to everything important. Neighborhood is very safe and nice. The room was big, staff very nice and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast is very basic, specially for Peru that food is very good. First day, in front of the hotel there was a party and noise make it difficult to sleep, good to invest in noise cancelling windows

Excellent accommodation in nice Loma neighbourhood
Pros:

This is a lovely up to date boutique hotel in a nice area of Lima. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant and the rooms were well appointed.
