Vacation in Armenia
Pros:

The host was very helpful and kind. Didn't make any problem with 4am check-in. The room was specious with separate entrance on the ground floor. The area is very quiet and close enough to the city centre (around 20 min walk). I highly recommend this place for staying in Yerevan.

Cons:

Nothing everything was perfect.

Pros:

Pulizia e supermercato vicino aperto h24

Cons:

Prezzo non adeguato. Monolocale ricavato da un garage con altezza massimo di 1.90 m, pertanto piuttosto angusto. Aria condizionata mal funzionante e rumorosa. Proprietaria dai modi veramente sgradevoli. Non accettano carte di credito.

Soggiorno perfetto appena fuori dal centro di Yerevan
Pros:

Zona tranquilla alla quale accedere da due strade (una rettilinea, una con ampia pendenza, tenetelo a mente se per voi è qualcosa di rilevante). I proprietari sono una coppia di persone carinissime (il marito parla italiano) e la colazione che preparano è decisamente sopra la media di tanti blasonatissimi alberghi. Molto apprezzata la colazione (tendenzialmente salata come da tradizione) accompagnata con frutta locale.
La nostra camera (una doppia con letti singoli) era la prima dopo l'ingresso.
Avevamo a disposizione anche un divano, una cucina ee un tavolo. Per essere un appoggio durante la nostra permanenza, andava più che bene.

Cons:

Attenzione alle foto, che secondo me non rendono giustizia alla dimensione delle camere, che sono effettivamente più ampie di quello che mostrano (è ovviamente una cosa positiva ma ci tenevo a segnalarlo)

Consigliato, distanza camminabile per il centro città, colazione ottima e signora molto carina :)
Pros:

La famiglia è stata molto disponibile e gentile, la colazione davvero buona. La stanza con aria condizionata è molto utile soprattutto in estate.

Cons:

le indicazioni per raggiungere la struttura non sono state molto chiare.

Оценить не могу по причине одностороннего отказа объекта размещения в предоставлении номера в связи с тем, что там сломался кондиционер. При этом даже не предложили другие аналогичные варианты размещения, пусть и дороже, например в партнёрском отеле!
Пришлось срочно, самостоятельно подыскивать другое жилье.
Поставил 1 звезду за отсутствие клиентоориентированности.

Удачная находка!
Pros:

1. Очень гостеприимная семья.
2. Очень удобное расположение - до центра рукой подать.
3. Завтрак - отдельный восторг. Очень вкусно и каждый день новые блюда, фрукты, кондитерские изделия и местные сыры.
4. Номер, в котором я проживал, вполне был комфортен и удобен для меня. Все необходимое(фен, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник, кондиционер и т.д.) были в номере.
5. Интернет хороший и стабильный.
6. Очень демократичная цена проживания, особенно в сравнении с другими отелями.
Вывод: однозначно рекомендую данный отель!

Pros:

Прекрасные большие апарты со всем необходимым. Очень чистые, уютные. Есть довольно большой балкончик. Вкусный и сытный завтрак. Расположены почти в центре, пешком в 15 мин от пл Республики. Рядом магазины, кафе, парки и даже вернисаж )

Cons:

Мне все понравилось. Мб нужно почистить кондиционер в гостиной, тк он с сильной жарой не справляется.

Pros:

Bardzo blisko centrum miasta, jednak w cichej, spokojnej okolicy. Czysto, bardzo dobre, urozmaicone śniadania, przygotowywane przez gospodynię. Pokój i łazienka skromnie urządzona, jednak wystarczająco na kilka dni. W pobliżu sklep spożywczy i kantor.

The best breakfasts ever ! Excellent !
Not at the very center of the town but location was good enough.
Quiet.

Cons:

It was very dificult to get there by car.
The room was big and comfortable though the kitchenet could only be used to make a sandwich and there was only a small window looking over a rooftop.
As you can detect from their reply to this constructive criticism, friendliness is not their most outstanding trait.

In Yerevan
Pros:

Die familiengeführte Unterkunft liegt am Rande der Innenstadt, man erreicht diese aber gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus. Für den Bus oder die U-Bahn braucht man unbedingt eine Chipkarte, die man aber nur an Tellcell-Kiosken erhält!
Die Gastgeber waren nett und es gab selbst gemachtea Frühstück, das sehr lecker war

Отличное место за свою цену, но с небольшими минусами
Pros:

Отличные приветливые хозяева, чудесный завтрак, отличное расположение и вид с балкона, доступная цена за такое расположение и качество проживания. Стиральная машинка была очень кстати. Москитные сетки есть на всех открывающихся окнах.

Cons:

Отсутствие в одной из комнат кондиционера. Проблемы с горячей и холодной водой в сан узле с ванной. Синтетическое постельное белье на котором не очень комфортно спать (но это уже личное, всем остальным кто проживал было ок))

Best people we have ever stayed with on our travels.
Pros:

My brother and I recently stayed here for one week during our first ever visit to Armenia from England, and what an incredible experience it was.
Words cannot fully express how much this family added to our trip and how special they made our time in Yerevan. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such kindness and generosity, even being picked up from the airport after our flight.
Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with very generous portions, and it quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. During our visit, we also wanted to arrange a couple of day trips, and they were more than happy to organise everything for us at a very reasonable price. They even included additional stops along the way and treated us to a traditional Armenian breakfast, which made the experience even more memorable.
The warmth, hospitality, and genuine care shown to us by the family made our trip to Armenia truly unique and unforgettable. We have been fortunate enough to travel to many places around the world and have had some wonderful experiences, but the hospitality we received here will stay with us forever.
We very much hope to return to Armenia one day and, when we do, there is nowhere else we would want to stay. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
