Bardzo blisko centrum miasta, jednak w cichej, spokojnej okolicy. Czysto, bardzo dobre, urozmaicone śniadania, przygotowywane przez gospodynię. Pokój i łazienka skromnie urządzona, jednak wystarczająco na kilka dni. W pobliżu sklep spożywczy i kantor.

We appreciated breakfast. Every day it was a bit different, but always eggs, cheese and homemade cake. Breakfast was made by owner.

The best breakfasts ever ! Excellent !
Not at the very center of the town but location was good enough.

Die familiengeführte Unterkunft liegt am Rande der Innenstadt, man erreicht diese aber gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus. Für den Bus oder die U-Bahn braucht man unbedingt eine Chipkarte, die man aber nur an Tellcell-Kiosken erhält!
Die Gastgeber waren nett und es gab selbst gemachtea Frühstück, das sehr lecker war

Отличные приветливые хозяева, чудесный завтрак, отличное расположение и вид с балкона, доступная цена за такое расположение и качество проживания. Стиральная машинка была очень кстати. Москитные сетки есть на всех открывающихся окнах.

My brother and I recently stayed here for one week during our first ever visit to Armenia from England, and what an incredible experience it was.
Words cannot fully express how much this family added to our trip and how special they made our time in Yerevan. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such kindness and generosity, even being picked up from the airport after our flight.
Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with very generous portions, and it quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. During our visit, we also wanted to arrange a couple of day trips, and they were more than happy to organise everything for us at a very reasonable price. They even included additional stops along the way and treated us to a traditional Armenian breakfast, which made the experience even more memorable.
The warmth, hospitality, and genuine care shown to us by the family made our trip to Armenia truly unique and unforgettable. We have been fortunate enough to travel to many places around the world and have had some wonderful experiences, but the hospitality we received here will stay with us forever.
We very much hope to return to Armenia one day and, when we do, there is nowhere else we would want to stay. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

L'accueil chaleureux d' Anousha, son aide spontanée quand nous avons eu un problème.
Ses petits déjeuners fabuleux qui changeaient tous les jours.
La literie est très confortable. Il n'y a pas de bruit.
L'emplacement est assez près du centre, on peut se déplacer facilement en taxi avec l'application Yandexgo, et certains restaurants sont accessibles à pied.

Мы были в этом отеле в июне. Остались очень довольны поездкой. Нам очень понравились завтраки. Разнообразно, вкусно, много. Ануш, просто волшебница и отличная хозяйка. Понравилось расположение отеля. Рядом дорога, машины, а мы в тишине с пением птиц по утрам. Так же совсем близко до интересных мест в центре города.

La nostra Camera budget era situata a piano terra, piccola ma funzionale in tutto. Ottima la pulizia, l' accoglienza e la colazione preparata dalla proprietaria. Anche la posizione è ottimale, circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro

Famiglia gentile e disponibile.
Chiedete e si faranno in 4 per Voi..
Posizione ottima, chiedete per il parcheggio.
Colazione abbondante e tipica.

The host is fantastic, very responsive and kind. And she makes a wonderful breakfast! The room is big and clean with all the necessary, in a calm and safe location, within 15min walk from the city center. Bed is really comfy. Nearby area is well served, with restaurants, shops and more. It is nice to walk around over there. We truly recommend staying here
