For the advanced age of the building, the cleanliness was good, evening staff great.

Pros:

Location, surrounding area, beds and sheets, parking, shower, check in and check out process is nice and polite.

Cons:

Breakfast is dismal, the hot dishes are only extremely salty sausages and scrambled eggs. I would say very limited.
Strange smell in the reception area, probably from pull, which was not opened that time. The carpet needs to be cleaned in the rooms.

The sound proofing is the worst. we were unable to sleep one night because of neighbors in the next room. It should not be that bad.

Also the price. For 6 year's it went up almost a double. Too much for this type of accomodation.

Cons:

At check-in, the front desk took a deposit and then charged the same deposit a second time. That left us paying two deposits instead of one.
After checkout, the extra deposit should have been reversed. As of today, that has not happened. The duplicate deposit is still on our payment & has not been returned.
We asked the property about the second charge. We were told it would be reversed, but there is still no reversal and no confirmed refund of the extra deposit.
This is the main issue with the stay: we were charged twice for the deposit, and the second deposit remains outstanding.
Please reverse the duplicate deposit and confirm when the extra amount has been returned.

Caro, porém foi necessário
Pros:

O quarto estava limpo e foi confortável. O staff foi eficiente mas não foi simpático. Permaneci apenas algumas horas para aguardar o voo de conexão, portanto o valor foi alto para essas horas.

Cons:

Não havia restaurantes na mesma área, foi necessário ir a outro quarteirão procurar o restaurante mais próximo e o restaurante não foi bom

Nice place to stay. The location is perfect for visiting historic places.

Cons:

The hotel's cleanliness could use improvement, particularly in the bathrooms. Upon arrival, we noticed that the showers were not clean and had hair and dirt. We approached the front desk to request a room change; however, the second room we were given had the same issue. Ultimately, we cleaned the shower floor ourselves and stayed in that room. Despite these concerns, the overall experience at the hotel was comfortable.
