Pros:

Mejor no admitir mascotas así
Pros:

La suite estaba muy bien y muy cómoda , la comida también genial

Cons:

Fuimos con una perrita pequeña de no más de 3 kg porque pone que admiten mascotas pero prácticamente solo puede estar en la habitación y te dicen que la puedes dejar poco tiempo sola.
Nosotros queríamos coger (mi club favorito) y menos mal que llamamos antes porque no se puede llevar mascotas ahí y no avisan)
Tienen restaurantes y bares con grandes terrazas y tampoco podíamos llevarla ahí. El caso es que pagamos 50€ por noche por nuestra mascota y solo podía estar práctica en la habitación, con lo que condicionó nuestras vacaciones que prácticamente la pasamos en la habitación

Experiencia muy decepcionante. Las fotos de Booking no reflejan la realidad
Pros:

Las instalaciones cuentan con varias piscinas y el complejo es amplio. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia general fue muy decepcionante y no encontramos aspectos destacables que compensaran los numerosos problemas durante la estancia.

Cons:

Nos alojamos 4 noches y tuvimos una experiencia muy decepcionante, especialmente viajando con un niño de 2 años. Lo más grave fue encontrar cucarachas durante las 4 noches, tanto en la habitación y el baño como en las zonas de paso. Tras comunicarlo, la única solución ofrecida fue darnos un bote de insecticida, argumentando que “fumigan todas las semanas”.

La habitación presentaba un evidente abandono: mobiliario y paredes deteriorados, moho en el baño, ducha y mampara con suciedad, cal y óxido, y un lavamanos atascado. El balcón y las zonas de acceso tampoco estaban correctamente mantenidos. Las fotografías de Booking nos parecieron muy alejadas de la realidad.

La primera habitación que nos asignaron era especialmente lúgubre y tuvimos que solicitar un cambio. La segunda, aunque algo mejor, mantenía los problemas de higiene y mantenimiento. El sofá cama tampoco era adecuado para nuestro hijo, ya que se separaba en dos camas de 90 cm. La respuesta del hotel fue que “lo normal es que un niño de dos años duerma en una cuna”, aunque no nos habían proporcionado ninguna.

Además, el último día no limpiaron la habitación después de nuestras reiteradas quejas por las cucarachas, algo que consideramos especialmente desafortunado. Las piscinas estaban saturadas y mostraban deficiencias de mantenimiento, y el comedor también resultaba masificado, con una comida bastante básica.

No exigimos lujo, pero sí unos mínimos de limpieza, higiene, mantenimiento y atención al cliente. En este hotel encontramos deficiencias en todos esos aspectos. Viajando con un niño pequeño, la experiencia fue especialmente desagradable. No volveríamos.

Won’t go back.
Pros:

Rooms were a good size and well laid out. Very clean and comfortable . Food good.

Cons:

Let down by Lack of sunbeds. Poorly staffed bars. Lack of management overseeing staff and ensuring staff aware of all inclusive drinks on the menu. Too few bar staff on duty and they tried their best. Food hall chaotic with little organisation.

Very disappointing
Pros:

The staff member Ricardo is am absolute asset to the place and under valued for the work he does. The food is rotten. No real kids choice. The apartment isn't cleaned to a high standard.

The food. There is no door to the second bedroom.
