There was nothing to like about the hotel as booking .com has show pictures on the website and different from the place never been to a dirty hotel like tat ..would ask booking .com for a full refund as booking .com had to check the hotel and then put the pict s

Comfy accommodation with proper room service available. Typical Indian food availability at Golden Crush. Healthy breakfast and lip smacking Malvani as well as Chinese cuisine with great ambience and the staff here are super friendly. The flavours were on spot. Highly recommend to try each items on menu.
This Place exceeded my expectations in every way . Rooms was clean and the Staff was very helpful.

I have being to hotel Plaza byculla . It was very nice stay and had a very very luxury time without any disturbance. It was great and super excellent. The room are very very hygeine, clean , neat, two bisleri is complimentary and fragnenced, and they are all property vibrant theme to evoke feelings of warmth, joy, positivity, and energy, aiming to create a memorable, cheerful, and welcoming atmosphere for guests. The staff are give efforts to gues. Prashant and Fakrul are hotel manager, very decent guys and respectful. They do there job of check in and taking care of guest in a very very polite manner. My room number was 101 first floor. The night manager it self came to keep my language. Thank Hotel plaza branch team for excellent service at my room. Vegetarian please do not order food from here restaurant because they do not have different kadai to make veg and non veg food preparation and manager it self agree of restaurant that they don't make in different made . They wash and make in same kadai veg food.

Honestly it deserve a 0.
It was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. Hairs everywhere, trust me you don’t want to see the bathroom. TV not working. Fan absolutely gross. They make us change the room, no sheet on the bed, only one single duvet for 2 pax, no TV anymore … and still really expensive for such a place like that
I don’t have pictures left as I didn’t want to keep any memories of this place

Host Fhkrul was extremely helpful:
The sheets on the bed were a bit torn, so he changed them for me. For three nights, he gave me four large towels. When I returned from my day of sightseeing, he gave me a large bottle of water, and in the morning, a cup of milk and two omelets.
He accompanied me to an ATM where there were no commissions, and then directed me to a grand hotel with a buffet for dinner. I recommend everyone to stay at the Plaza Hotel. Fhkrul will make your stay pleasant.

The cultural experience at (Hotel Plaza) left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.

I just visited (Hotel Plaza) in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.
