Catastrophique à fuir absolument

Cons:

C’etait catastrophique . Cet établissement n’est pas digne d’un cinq étoiles. Le réceptionniste qui était désagréable a garder mon passeport à mon arrivée. Il me l’a pas restitué à mon départ de l’hôtel . Ça fait 14 jours que je suis sans possession de mon passeport.
J’ai écourté mon séjour car la médiocricité règne dans cet hôtel .

Pros:

Everything was wonderful! If you want find relax and very good service then choose this hotel. If you are looking for animation and party, then this is not the hotel for you.

Cons:

One thing: when having the massage at the spa you can hear the personal speaking outside the room even they put music on in the massage room, its a bit disturbing while you are trying to relax yourself when having the massage

Struttura pulita, personale gentile posizionata su una bella spiaggia privata!!! Suite bella e spaziosa . Buon rapporto qualità prezzo!!

Cons:

Struttura un po’ datata, servizi non proprio da 5 stelle… se paragonabili ai 5 stelle europei che paghi il doppio o mediorientali! Spazzolino e dentifricio assenti … acqua non scendeva bene dal lavandino e dalla doccia…

L’hôtel ainsi que la qualité du service se sont bcp dégradés depuis 2021

Cons:

Tout d’abord il y’avait une fuite d’eau dans la chambre nous avons demandé à la réception de venir réparer ils ont dis que c’est ok alors que personne n’y était pendant que nous étions à la plage.
Le buffet ne vaut pas le prix

Enjoyable but overpriced.
Pros:

The property was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were large. The pool area is very nice and there’s access to the beach.

Cons:

The food selection was very poor for a 5* hotel and the hotel was overpriced. There aren’t many amenities in walking distance.

Pros:

From the moment you arrive and the warm welcome at the hotel to the check-in process, they make you feel right at home. The rooms, all suites, are spotless and incredibly comfortable. There's plenty of space. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Idéal pour se reposer
Pros:

Tout est parfait dans cet hotel et trés bien adapté quand on voyage avec un bébé. Le lit bébé etait confortable et les restaurants ont des chaises bébé ce qui est trés confortable. Tout le personnel est très acceuillant, à l'écoute et attentionné. Nous n'avons manqué de rien !
Les chambres, les parties communes et les piscines sont d'une propreté irreprochable. Et enfin l'hotel est majestueux et les services proposé par le Spa sont excellents et trés professionnes.

Cons:

Rien du tout ! Nous avons beau chercher mais on ne trouve rien de negatif sur les 6 jours que nous avons passé.

Super séjour !
Pros:

Les chambres magnifiques. La propreté remarquable, la plage super bien entretenue, le petit-déjeuner très bon, le restaurant pour le dîner excellent. Ça m’a fait découvrir la cuisine tunisienne que je pensais connaître (mais pas bien à priori). Le personnel au petit-déjeuner était très gentil et serviable. Le personnel de nettoyage aussi ! Et pour ceux qui en auraient envie, le coiffeur auquel fait appel l’hôtel est juste GÉNIAL.
