Location was great even tho it's close to a nightclub we never heard much noise at all
Mosquitoes came into the room at night. Could do with sealing up around the door as big gaps and maybe spraying them around the garden
the swiming pool, room and garden are amazing. The water in swiming pool is very hot. No chance to cold and reax in july.

The hotel is beautifully designed with an idyllic and exotic atmosphere and feels like an oasis in the heart of the city. The facilities are excellent, and the spa is wonderful. There is also the option of adding a lavish breakfast buffet at the neighboring restaurant at a very reasonable price.
The reception staff were professional, but a warmer and more welcoming attitude would have made the stay even better.
nice room even if the sink was clogged .
very noisy impossible to sleep they gave me a room on the street and the parties go on all night. the car parking is just a fake , the parking is stated parking available but it’s not belonging to the structure , the CITY on the contrary has a parking and it’s all for payment. the staff is overcomplicated , many of the information are given on booking and they asked again to complete the same information.

Bastante limpio el Hotel, excelente atención, todo el personal estuvo al pendiente de nuestra comodidad y bienestar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Sin duda es un lugar que inspira a la relajación muy calmado.
Considero que las bases de las camas están demasiado altas y es un poco incómodo acostarte en la cama debido a la altura. Deberían hacer más llamativo que el parking no es parte de la propiedad, ya que el filtro menciona que tienen pero no es dentro de la propiedad y tienes que caminar una cuadra y pagarlo, no tienen convenio ni descuento por ser huésped.

פשוט הוציאו לנו את התיקים מהשמירת חפצים רק כי הם רצו - היה להם מקום הכניסו את התיקים ואז פשוט הוציאו
דיברו בחוסר כבוד ולא היו נחמדים בכלל אנחנו דיברנו בכבוד לאורך כל הדרך ביקשנו לאחר מכן בנימוס לדבר עם מנהל וגם לראות מצלמות אבטחה ולא הסכימו לנו לאחר שפקידת הקבלה פשוט הוציאה לנו את הדברים על דעת עצמה
