Had a great time, will come back.
Pros:

Great location, clean and accomodating. Owner responded quickly to requests, very good instructions on how go get in. The welcome card is a great bonus.

Pros:

Ansich eine nette Unterkunft in guter Lage.

Cons:

Es ist leider so, das direkt neben der Unterkunft eine Bar ist. Ich war Geschäftlich in der Stadt und konnte beide Tage erst sehr spät einschlafen da es einfach extrem laut ist. Es wäre nett gewesen dies irgendwo zu erwähnen. Sowohl Donnerstag als auch Freitag war an Schlaf kaum zu denken was mehr als ärgerlich war und mir auch den ganzen Aufenthalt etwas vermiest hat.
Die Unterkunft war, ordentlich und sauber.

Nice base for exploring Innsbruck
Pros:

The location was excellent and we has a lovely view over the city and towards the mountains.
The check in was convenient.
The apartment was beautiful and cozy.
The kitchen was well equipped (no oven though which is good to take into consideration).
The bath was nice addition.
Overall we were satisfied, despite some cons we noticed.

Cons:

The toilet lamp was definitely not bright enough.
There was a cooling machine with a tube removing hot air outside, but there was no fitted frame for it in the window and keeping the window open was not an option because of the sounds from the street (traffic + restaurants).
There was a slight smell of excess moisture in the room air.

Es war fein aber ein bisschen zu laut (Lokal) leider
Pros:

Das Apartment war super fein, toll gestylt und in dem schönen alten Gebäude super fein eingerichtet - alles was es braucht - zu viert ist es knapp - da das Sofa ja dann auch Schlafsofa ist und der Esstisch dann sehr bedrängt wird - bzw. wenig Platz ist.

Cons:

Das genau im Haus unten ein Lokal ist - die Lage am Inn war super fein auch das spazieren mit dem Hund war perfekt, aber das Lokal leider sehr laut - Fenster konnten nicht offen gelassen werden - es war aber sehr heiß - und trotz geschlossener Fenster viel zu lauf von den Leuten und der Musik - leider für mich garnicht optimal. Habe es ehrlicherweise so nicht verstanden in der Anzeige ... vielleicht lag es an meiner Wahrnehmung oder es ist nicht ausreichend beschrieben worden. Für Menschen, die abends & nachts Lärm nicht stört ist es bestimmt egal.

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Appartment!
Pros:

Wunderschöne Einrichtung, Blick auf den Inn, Nähe zur Altstadt, wir konnten unsere Räder sicher im Innenhof abstellen, Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gab Kaffee und Tee.
