Paradiesisch, freundliches Personal
Pros:

Etwas oberhalb des Dorfes und somit nicht im Touristentrubel und sehr ruhig gelegen. In der Nähe der Talstation zum Plaine Morte. Balkon über den Baumwipfeln, mit tollem Bergpanorama. Ausserordentlich gutes Frühstücksbuffet im schönen Wintergarten des Restaurants. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Pros:

Nos ha encantado la estancia. La habitación estaba muy bien, era muy cómoda y agradable, y la terracita la hemos disfrutado muchísimo. En general, todo ha estado genial y hemos estado muy a gusto. ¡Repetiríamos sin duda!

Cons:

Si tuviéramos que señalar una cosa a mejorar, sería disponer de un frigorífico pequeño en la habitación. Nos habría resultado muy práctico, aunque por lo demás no tenemos ninguna queja. Todo ha estado genial.

Un bon rapport qualité prix mais un hôtel vieillissant
Pros:

L’environnement est très agréable , l’hôtel est au milieu des arbres . Une façade avec très belle vue sur les montagnes, un balcon confortable car de belle taille.
La personne qui nous a reçu a l’accueil( une jeune femme de Dijon) est extrêmement agréable , plus que commerçante , elle y met son cœur , au top .

Cons:

L’ensemble est très vieillissant , des travaux de rajeunissement de tout l’hôtel ne seraient pas superflus.
Consommatrice de thé j’aurais aimé trouver celui du petit déjeuner ( Lipton) de meilleur qualité .

Pros:

He bien nous avons été surclassés ! Belle vue chambre impeccable et en plus au 3 eme étage avec vue sur les montagnes car c'était mes 60 ans ! Nous remercions les 2 personnes à l'accueil pour leur conseil aussi ! sur les randos ! restau un dimanche et lundi où c'est fermé ds l'hotel ! VRAIMENT MERCI A ELLES 2 TRES SYMPATHIQUES ET SOURIANTES ET A L ECOUTE ! une bonne adresse à un prix correct pour CRANS MONTANA ! L HOTEL PORTE BIEN SON NOM !!! CALME ASSURE

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

We were kindly upgraded to a room with a view and what a spectacular view it was! Thank you very much for the consideration. Both woman that worked reception for check-in and check-out spoke English and were very friendly.
The room was lovely and new and so was the bathroom. The wifi worked well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and they provided gluten free bread on request. Free parking is also available. We didn’t eat dinner at the restaurant or use any other facilities.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything.

Summer hiking vacation

Vue incroyable, personnel formidable !
Pros:

La vue de l’hôtel est absolument magnifique ! Le personnel est super serviable et d’une grande gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et qualitatif. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr si nous devons loger prochainement dans la région.

Cons:

Les oreillers pourraient être changés et les salles de bain légèrement modernisées (bien qu’elles soient tout à fait fonctionnelles et propres)

Pleasant stay, fullfilled our goals.
Pros:

Room was good, if a little small. Nice view over the valley. The staff were very good, very helpfull in the evening when we arrived, a big thankyou to the restaurant staff. In the morning, we could not get any breakfast as we had to leave at 07:20, breakfast started at 07:30. Tried to find someone, even for a quick coffee, but the doors to the restaurant were closed.

Cons:

The bathroom was relatively small, with the shower located in the bath, for some people this might create a tricky balancing act. Perhaps a small fridge in the room would be nice addition.
