Location only and kind staff
The stay at this hotel was unfortunately far from comfortable or relaxing, from check-in until check-out.
The hotel appears to be heavily focused on weddings, corporate events, and private functions, and this has a noticeable impact on the service provided to staying guests. The swimming pool is basically the only facility available outside the rooms, yet throughout our stay it was frequently affected by events, preparations, and setup activities. On one occasion, there were even construction and setup works around the pool for a company event, making it difficult to sit, relax, or properly enjoy the only recreational facility available.
Unfortunately, the impact of these events was not limited to the facilities; it also affected the level and response time of the service. I remember calling room service simply to request drinking water. It took more than six calls and approximately an hour before the request was finally attended to.
The checkout experience was even more disappointing. I repeatedly contacted the hotel asking for assistance with our luggage, but after waiting for more than two hours, no one came to help. Eventually, we had to handle the luggage ourselves.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed, while the dining options are very limited, mainly Al Fanar restaurant. In my opinion, neither the menu nor the overall service level reflects the prices charged by the hotel.
Even the lobby is frequently crowded due to events, making it difficult for hotel guests to find a quiet place to sit. There are also no meaningful activities or entertainment specifically for staying guests apart from the swimming pool.
Overall, the property feels much more like an events and wedding venue than a hotel designed for accommodation and relaxation. For the price level, I expected significantly better attention to hotel residents, faster service, and a much more comfortable guest experience.
الفندق جميل وهادئ ومرتب، والإقامة بشكل عام جيدة، ولكن واجهت بعض الملاحظات التي أثرت على تجربتي.
طلبت وجبة من أحد تطبيقات التوصيل، وعند وصول المندوب تم منعه من الصعود إلى الغرفة، فتواصل معي الاستقبال وطلبوا مني النزول لاستلام الطلب. وعندما طلبت منهم إرسال أحد الموظفين لإحضاره للغرفة، أفادوا بعدم وجود أحد يمكنه القيام بذلك، مما اضطرني للنزول بنفسي.
كذلك طلبت خدمة غسيل السيارة عن طريق أحد التطبيقات، وتم منع مقدم الخدمة من الدخول إلى مواقف الفندق، وقيل لي إنه يجب إخراج السيارة خارج المواقف حتى يتم غسلها.
أيضًا لدي ملاحظة على تصميم حوض المغسلة في دورة المياه، فالحوض كبير وتصميمه يجعل الماء أو أي بقايا لا تتجه بسهولة إلى فتحة التصريف، مما يضطر إلى استخدام كمية إضافية من الماء ودفعها باتجاه المجرى، وهذا غير عملي أثناء الاستخدام.
أتمنى من إدارة الفندق إعادة النظر في هذه الملاحظات وتوفير حلول أكثر راحة ومرونة للنزلاء، خصوصًا أن الفندق جميل ومرتب، ويستحق أن تكون تجربة الخدمة فيه بالمستوى نفسه.

strong disappointment with my recent stay.
Front Desk & Privacy: The reception staff were impolite and unprofessional. More alarmingly, they disclosed private information regarding other guests, which is a serious breach of privacy.
Hidden Charges: I was surprised by an additional fee for early check-in that was not mentioned or clarified on the website when I made the reservation.
Health & Safety Hazard: The room's electric kettle had Clorox/bleach inside, which I unfortunately realized only after boiling water. This is a severe health hazard.
Dining: The breakfast offered very little variety and catered almost exclusively to Asian and Indian cuisine.
Location: The hotel is situated in an industrial zone surrounded by heavy truck traffic, making the location very inconvenient.
