كل شيء بالمكان يهبل من اول ما تدخل تحس بالامان وعاملين بالفندق خص موظفين الاستقبال اظن اسمها الينا نرمين وموظفين بعد ومطعم وخص التعامل ونفسيات حيل تهبل اتمنى من اداره الفندق تكافئ عاملين عندها لانهم واجهه الفندق ويعطون للفندق سمعه طيبه وشكرا

Objekat čist sa svim potrebnim sadržajima koji boravak čine ugodnim. Osoblje je ljubazno, uslužno i uvijek na raspolaganju. Prelijepa priroda, dosta sadržaja za djecu. Jedno od mjesta na koje se uvijek rado vraćate.

Замечательное место что бы провести день другой, если вы остановились транзитом. Вкусная еда, отличный персонал, все довольно просто организовано. Прекрасные виды. Номер хороший с большой терассой.

Cons:

В нашем номере не закрывалась дверь в ванную комнату. Нам было все равно, но для кого то это будет критическая проблема. За этим надо следить.

Dieses Hotel ist in traumhafter Lage in den Bergen gelegen. Es bietet jeglichen Komfort den man von einem 5 Sterne Haus erwartet. Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben und das gesamte Personal ist darauf bedacht mit größtmöglicher Aufmerksamkeit, den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Besonders Edin am Empfang und Mensur im Restaurant Service sind sehr zuvorkommend und unglaublich freundlich.
Die Zimmer sind großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr angenehm und der angeschlossene Fitnessraum erfüllt seinen Zweck gut.
Das Restaurant hat von 07:00 - 23:00 Uhr geöffnet und man kann hervorragende Speisen genießen.
Auf den Terrassen im Außenbereich kann man den Tag mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht ausklingen lassen.
Auf dem Hotel Gelände sind ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist Halal zertifiziert und bietet daher keine alkoholischen Getränke an.
Ein Glas Wein hätte zu dem hervorragenden Essen sehr gut gepasst.

Ovo je bio naš drugi posjet hotelu i DOĆI ĆEMO OPET!

Doručak je raznovrstan, bogat i ukusan - za svakoga po volji!
Lokacija hotela nam je potpuno odgovarala. Put do Sarajeva ili predivne prirode, livade i šume, sve na dohvat ruke.
Osoblje je izuzetno.

Toto ubytovanie prekonalo naše očakávania. Prišli sme na odporúčanie AI a odchádzali sme s tým, že sme si pobyt museli predĺžiť.

Personál bol absolútne úžasný — od reštaurácie cez wellness až po chyžné. Všetci boli milí, ochotní a vždy dobre naladení. Kuchyňa bola zážitok, ktorý si budeme dlho pamätať.

Ďakujeme za krásny pobyt, radi sa vrátime.
