An excellent resort with outstanding staff, beautiful villas, and great dining, but it would benefit from better pre-arr
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Tarcin Forest Resort. The villa was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the private garden with the outdoor gazebo made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast and dinner buffet was consistently good, with quality food throughout our stay. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved. When we arrived, it was clear that the villa had not been occupied for some time, as there were many spiders, spider webs, and insects inside. This gave the impression that the villa had not been thoroughly inspected before our arrival.

Another major issue was the air conditioning. For the first four nights, it did not cool the villa properly, making it very difficult to sleep. We contacted the staff several times and the villa was visited on multiple occasions, but the issue was only resolved after the Reservations Manager became involved, for which we are grateful.

The daily housekeeping was also below expectations, with only very basic cleaning provided. In addition, the complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and other hospitality items were minimal. Considering the premium price of our stay, we expected a higher standard in these areas.

With better pre-arrival inspections, more effective maintenance, and improved housekeeping, the overall guest experience would be outstanding.

‏إقامتي كانت جميلة وهادئة وقضيت فيها فترة نقاهة.
Pros:

‏الفندق في منطقة هادية وخاص للاستجمام والراحة بعيد عن الضوضاء ويستحق اربع نجوم و يجب التأكد من استحقاقه خمس نجوم. أعجبني اطلالة الفندق وسط مسطحات خضراء. وكذلك العاملين يتمتعون بأخلاق عالية ولطيفين.

‏وكذلك الفندق يحتاج إلى بعض الترميم وتغيير الأثاث.

Every thing was great specially the breakfast very good

Cons:

I think they need to renew the furniture because the bed was having sound even the toilet seat having sound of moving,
As the hotel is 5 stars they have to look for renovations and makes new furniture and new styled rooms
