This is with ference to my booking @ Fabhotel Metro Secunderabad from 9th April till 11th April 2026.Even though I had a booking from 9th Noon ,I had plans to arrive on 10th Morning only which I communicated several times to you by mail
Your contact number 7042424242.does not work nor does your 24 hour helpline.You have not provided the Hotel Number for me to communicate directly.So I mailed to you several times but whoever replied to my mail does not seem to understand English and has been communicating that early checkin can be given subject to availability of room s whereas I have asked to hold the room I booked till next day as I am arriving on the next day..Please go through my earlier mails
So when I arrived on 10th Morning I was made to wait saying they will give rooms only after occupants eventhough I had booking from 9th April 2026
I have been totally disgusted with your attitude
You are cheating your customers by taking the payment and not providing rooms
And all your contact numbers are not responsive at all
I want my refund for one day rent
MATTTER IS VERY SERIOUS AND URGENT
Please reply back immediately.
if I do not get any reply nor the refund I shall post the same message in all my Whatspp groups and in Social media platforms to warn of peolpe of your fraud deeds
Your decline has started I think .You will close your organisation very soon with such cheating mentality .Hope this message is read by somebody who knows English

Overall it was a good and comfortable stay
Pros:

The fact that it was close to the railway station and the attendent was good and very cooperative.

Cons:

Bathroom could have been more clean

Not a worth listing hotel in Booking.com website. Rating is misleading. I would rate 2 out of 10.

Hotel is not what it states in Booking.com website. I don’t understand how they have a high rating. To me this hotel is not even worth a visit.

Torn Bedsheets. Chase the team for hot water. Room is not prepared.. everything has to be requested.. fails the minimum standards.

Unsupportive Staff. All the way from booking to request for invoice.
