Espero regresar pronto me gusto la experiencia
Pros:

La playa aunque pequeña muy preciosa, la comida todos los días muy bueno todo, el personal 10 de 10 todos dispuestos a atender al visitante

Cons:

Tal vez una renovada a algunos camastros solo eso fue no tan cómodo, tal vez agregar más actividades a los días diferentes los juegos de mesa

Cómodo, ubicación inmejorable y excelente servicio

La vista, la playa tranquila, las instalaciones comunes, el gym, la comida, el servicio.

Cons:

Las habitaciones, me gustó la amplitud, la limpieza, la vista, que tuviera cocineta. Lo que no me gustó es que están ya viejas, les falta una remodelada. Las cortinas no cerraban bien y me cambiaron de habitación porque el aire hacía ruido. Son detalles a mejorar.

Me gusta la ubicación, la habitación es con vista al mar, me gusta que son habitaciones grandes, la cama súper suave el colchón, diario nos hicieron limpieza, el desayuno muy rico , lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Que no había nevera y en la descripción de mi habitación debía que si 😔 estaría bien que pusieran un frigobar aunque sea.

The evening staff members in the restaurant and bar were wonderful! Beautiful views and beach access!

The snorkeling and beach are so perfect!

Cons:

The morning shift waiters insisted that we close out our bill when they were clocking out, even though we were still going to order food and drinks.

The adult pool was full of kids playing.

Very Fancy feeling
Pros:

Has everything for a great vacation very fun,very safe,very nice ocean and staff.

Cons:

Clean, has a fantastic lil grocery store, great restaurant, safe ocean swimming, nice pools, great activities, tour guide booth and fantastic for families.

It is a very affordable hotel and is great value for the money!
Pros:

The hotel is a great value for the price. It is clean and in very good condition. The staff is excellent, they are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were moved to another room after our sink fell out because it was only installed with caulking. The new room had construction going on above, and even after being told they would stop, it continued but was somewhat quieter.
The rooms are dark, and the kitchen needs better lighting.

Our friendly home away from home, overlooking the Bay.
Pros:

The studio room on the end of the building was very large and comfortable. Because of the Cartel problem a week before, not many guests were there and I was lucky to get an upgraded room. Thank-you! Towels were thick and soft and bed linens nice. The ability to hear the waves all night long was wonderful. The breakfast French Toast was delicious, as well as the afternoon Shrimp Quesadilla. Service around the pool was friendly, as always. The lagoon water was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. P.S. I felt perfectly safe and at home here.

Cons:

Though the furnishings were somewhat outdated in my room, 601, the bathroom tiles are charming.
It would be nice to have a couple of truck loads of sand deposited on the beach each year (how you could do that, I don't know), because it is hard to walk barefooted on the rocky shore and in the water. Wish you still had the pexi-glass bottomed boats to row out and see the colorful fish. Would pay a small fee to be able to use one.
