Bonitas instalaciones, pero con detalles importantes por mejorar

Las instalaciones se ven limpias y bien cuidadas. El hotel tiene buena presentación y una apariencia agradable. Además, el desayuno bufé estuvo excelente, muy variado y de muy buena calidad.

Cons:

No había secadora en la habitación. La solicité, pero la llevaron aproximadamente una hora después, cuando ya no me era útil. El minibar tenía productos consumidos por el huésped anterior, lo que da una impresión de falta de revisión. Además, mi esposo quedó atrapado brevemente en el elevador; el personal respondió rápido y lo asistió, pero podría indicar que hace falta mantenimiento preventivo. También notamos que no hay un área cómoda para esperar el pick up o transporte.

Your hotel is very cozy and welcoming.
Pros:

Location and staff were value added from day one to last day. Exceptional attention to detail. Upon arrival, the receptionist registering me in acknowledged my note for a room free of feathers in comforters and pillow. She sent house keeping to the room while registering me to verify everything was as requested. Kudos guys!

Pros:

I like the location, the housekeeping staff is very friendly, and the gentleman who helped us with the baggage.

Cons:

When I arrived at the hotel, they didn't give me the room I had reserved; instead, they gave me one on the 7th floor, room 707, where a large building loomed directly in front of me. The desk lamp, the one near the shower, the switch didn't work, and the blackout wand was missing.

Todo el servicio fue excelente, lo que mas nos gustó fue la actitud positiva y de servicio de cada uno de sus empleados.

Cons:

La salida de agua de la ducha fue poca, le falta presión al agua de salida de la ducha.

Pros:

The hotel was nice and staff was amazing. Our flight back home was canceled, so we had to stay another night and the staff was great helping with this issue. Morning buffet was just what we needed.

Both nights there were to large events that dominated the staff and kitchens.
