Good, would return
Pros:

The property is in a great location. The staff were friendly

Cons:

I didn’t like how there was lots of alcohol spilled around the hotel at times. I would recommend for them to clean more frequently. It is a party hotel so this is expected

The hotel has great potential, nice location, great valet staff, and front desk staff

Cons:

I reserved 2 queen size beds and upon check in was informed it wasn't available and we were given a king size bed. When we got up to the room the air conditioner was not working and could not be fixed. We were given 2 fans which made it bearable.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Quiet location, short walk to broadway
Comfortable room with large bathroom & steamer in the room.

Cons:

Issue with being overcharged at check in but this was resolved after check out.
Housekeeping took place in late afternoon/early evening, would have preferred earlier in the day when we were out of the room.

Very nice, new, and clean!
Pros:

Did not eat there. Room was nice and clean. It was very quiet. Would be nice to have microwave in room.

Cons:

The overpriced valet parking I did not care for, and asking to add a tip for already very expensive parking. The price of the room should cover the parking! The AC could not be set below 67. I like it cold at night. Several light bulbs were out in the room. Mattresses were very hard.

Very happy with the hotel, in a good location with very competent staff
Pros:

The breakfasts were good and we could get a reasonable choice of food to fit our allocated budget. A fairly new hotel in an area with other hotel groups. One or two teething issues with it being fairly new but the staff more than made up , all being very friendly and helpful. Within easy walking distance of food and music venues.

Cons:

The shower door would not stay closed resulting in having to hold it closed to stop water going all over.

There were very little amenities in the room, elevators were broken down, and they charged me extra than the booking siting “fees”.

The location to the stadium was a 20 minute walk, and plenty of food places and bars in walking distance.

Cons:

The shower was broken when we got there. They did fix it very fast.
