Loved the hotel great location, wonderful staff, noisey at night
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Freshly cooked to order. We had a junior suite which was wonderful. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. Location is perfect.

Cons:

It's noisey at night often til early hours. Windows don't keep noise out

A must stay while enjoying the beauty of Florence!
Pros:

From check in to check out the staff was warm, welcoming, accommodating and professional. The property was absolutely breathtaking. The history, the meticulous restoration of the rooms, artwork, comfortable beds and baths. The attention to detail in the delicious breakfast. All outstanding

Petit déjeuner délicieux dans une salle très raffinée où le partage du petit déjeuner sur une grande table est très agréable

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est la décoration de la chambre . Ne correspond pas aux photos mis sur booking . Décoration vieillotte.
C est dommage car service +++ avec petits gâteaux le soir et propreté de la chambre .

Pros:

La grande suite Cigno très confortable avec un accès direct au jardin bien agréable l'après-midi après les visites.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que le personnel fasse l'effort pour la plupart de parler français.
