Good Basic Accomodation for 1-week Family Stay
Pros:

- I like the location, the fridge, microwave and washing machine facilities.
- Overall the provided whiteware items were sufficient.
- Guard house security staff was good and friendly.

Cons:

- Card keys did not work well at beginning.
- One single bed was not steady, made sound when sitting on it.
- One aircon leaked water on the last night of stay.

Don’t recommend this at all. For this price you would get waaaaaay better quality hotels

Location is good. Lots of food and shops nearby

Cons:

Totally not worth the money. Paid so much but was not what I expected. Toilet had a very strong stench smelled like public toilet that hasn’t been washed. Room was small. Mosquitoes all over the room. the noise from outside was terrible and loud, room is not soundproof at all so every single noise can be heard like the neighbours talking, cars parking (unit was just next to carpark), traffic etc. There was hair on the vanity table, utensils were dirty, towels couldn’t barely absorb water

Value for Money.
Pros:

The place is secured and well positioned with shops and food outlets in the same compound.

Cons:

For an apartment, below can be improved:
1) Ironing table(Too Small),
2) Hot water pressure in bathroom,
3) More utensils,
4) More Electrical Sockets(For Microwave, etc).
