Cons:

They booked the room twice. This was probably a mistake, and I understand that such things can happen. However, since this is a business, you should compensate the guest who booked the room a month in advance and whom you literally left out on the street at 6 p.m.

Pros:

Good comfortable stay, not far from all the local venues from the centre of town. Kitchen was basic enough to use kettle and microwave etc.

Cons:

Noise travels very easily and can be heard from other guests’ rooms.
Would be nice to have an iron and hairdryer for better amenities.
