great choice if you are attending an event at IMPACT
Pros:

The cabin-style architecture with wood and rattan interior design is beautiful. I especially loved the in-room amenities and the pleasant fragrance upon entering. Although the room uses a traditional key, most switches are modern touch-sensitive ones. Daily supplies are very generous. The courtyard is spacious, and the reception sells various convenience store items (food, daily necessities, power bank rentals). There’s also a nice sofa area to relax. Location-wise, it's about 5-10 mins by car to IMPACT, and the hotel provides an hourly one-way shuttle to nearby points.

Cons:

Poor soundproofing (rain was loud) and the fridge didn't cool well.
price should probably the bathroom cabinet was loose,but not a deal-breaker for a short stay.

We made two reservations for five nights at this property and within a few hours of arriving, and after paying a fee for early check-in, our plans changed and we needed to leave town. The front desk staff did not help us try to get a refund, even though we were on property for less than eight hours. I’ve tried to reach out to this property multiple times and have never heard back. Super disappointing.

Basic room at a reasonable price
Pros:

The room was small, but efficient. The cold breakfasts were just what I wanted, so didn't try the hot breakfast. Plentiful water delivered daily. Nice restaurant in hotel and even better one with live music just across a pleasant little pond. Everything in the room functioned correctly, no loose plumbing or light switches that don't work. The bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

Frankly, I thought I'd made a mistake. Our cab had trouble finding the place and let us out a few doors away, in front of a laundry and some ugly buildings. Our room was distant from the front desk, in a cluster of ugly buildings, so when we got to the room it was a surprise to find that it was good, modern and clean. Not nearly as close to DMK as it looked on the Booking.com map.
