The entire staff was really friendly and helpful.
The location is at the top of a hill.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. What made it truly special was the team: everyone was incredibly friendly, warm-hearted, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality was exceptional from start to finish, and it is rare to come across such sincere and attentive service.
We were even upgraded to a better room, which we really appreciated, and breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and very attentive staff. We also had a massage at the spa, which was another highlight. The spa team was very friendly and professional, and the massage itself was excellent.
The staff were also very helpful with local recommendations, which added a lot to our trip. The location in Green Point is another big advantage, as it is within walking distance of the Waterfront, with many bars and restaurants nearby as well.
We would highly recommend this hotel.

The information on the transport cost was not fully clear.
Отель замечательный. Находится в безопасном районе Грин Пойнт. Рядом с Вотерфронтонтом в 15 мин пешком. Персонал дружелюбный, заботливый. Нам изначально дали номер, в котором были проблемы с замком, мы попросили заменить номер, и нам дали улучшенный. Чистота на высоком уровне.
Еще очень рекомендую брать гида от отеля Ismael, который маленький 😁 Их там два. Он сделал наш отпуск. С ним брали экскурсии на полных 2 дня, много рассказал, показал. Очень рекомендуем!
The hotel was beautiful, staff were amazing, breakfast was excellent. The location was good and it was very easy to get Ubers to take us wherever we wanted to go.
The lighting in the bathroom was very dim and therefore challenging for us.

More rooms with a bath ! As did not have one and no rooms left with a bath.
The staff are wonderful, welcoming and really just have a perfest hospitality instilled in them. Well done to you all.
I thought the room was small to be called a Boutique hotel!
Prachtige en handige locatie. Fantastisch uitzicht en zeer behulpzaam personeel dat echt enorm zijn best doet om de gast het verblijf naar de zin te maken.

It was very dark in the bathroom: really struggled to see enough to do make up.

Very cute and good location. Very friendly staff and they have a bathroom to shower when your flight leaves later than check out time, which is super convenient.
Check in was a little messy , the mattress was super hard and you could hear so much traffic from the main road, as well as any sound coming from the hallway, so sleeping was not the best. The WiFi basically didn’t work for the whole night I was there.
De ligging
De kamer kwam niet overeen met de foto’s waardoor er geen balkon was. Je kwam terecht in een donkere kamer. De enige optie was dan nog maar bij betalen voor een upgrade naar een kamer met terras. De laatste nacht werkte de airco niet en konden ze hier ook geen oplossing voor bieden waardoor het ellendig nacht is geworden door de warmte.
