L’hôtel était bien situé, un emplacement proche du centre mais en ayant le calme des lorsque l’on passe les portes.
La décoration était mignonne.
Le personnel vraiment très gentil, et aux petits soins, ce qui rend l’expérience très agréable!

I really like the staff there. There will be staff able to communicate well in English. Property is located near to palace museum and subway.
There's a cafe nested in the property too, serving beautiful desserts and drinks.
There are menu for dinner if you're lazy to eat out - limited but try out the hearty tomato soup with noodle bits! (疙瘩面)
Breakfast menu is rather limited and not the most delicious.
Laundry room has only one washer and one dryer. A full cycle of drying takes abt 3h.. would be good to have another. But noted the limitation of laundry room size.
Cleanliness level is okay, but there were some rusty corners making it look aged.
I wish there was a bidet in the toilet too.
Excellent location, comfy and clean rooms. Perfect base for a 4 night stay.
The only thing I’d say is more storage for clothes but that is because we stayed for a bit longer and I’m a chronic overpacker!

Jingmao Hotel is a very good hotel in the Dongcheng District in Beijing. Each room are very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast included in the stay and prepared each day making a reservation the day before.
Metro station available in 12 minutes walk and the area around is full of food shops. Highly recommended
Nos encantó lo limpio que estaba todo, el personal fabuloso, súper amables, incluso nos gestionaron gratis el traslado a la estación de trenes, los desayunos que son más bien un almuerzo, muy recomendable, volveremos seguro a este hotel
Staff were really friendly and hospitable. They check in with you everyday if you need breakfast - on one of the days I left earlier than their breakfast service, they prepared a to-go bag for me. They really try their best to make sure you're comfortable.
Just a little far from the stations by walking, but if you cycle, it's great. Not much convenience stores around either.
we arrived early in the morning and we were already able to check in and get some rest in our room. the lobby, café and room were very cute. the staff was very helpful and very sweet. we got to choose our breakfast daily and it never dissapointed!
we had one instance where some water dripped from the cealing in the bathroom but got fixed very quickly!

Чудесный персонал, огромный плюс, что почти все говорят на Английском языке. Отличные завтраки - разные, и традиционные китайские (вкусные!) и европейский. Удобные кровати и подушки
Немного странная система с не до конца закрытыми душем и туалетом :) но как я поняла, в Китае это почти везде так) мы с супругом были готовы и в целом не смущало)

The facilities are great, with amazing traditional chinese vibe. The room is beautiful, and comfortable and the staffs are very friendly
The wall are pretty thin. You can hear other guests talk and shutting the doors loudly.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. We really liked the location, as well as the design and the rooms. It’s an incredibly beautiful hotel with good service, and we highly recommend it.
