Très satisfaisant, je recommande
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très serviable . En particulier une femme à la réception qui est vraiment d’une grande gentillesse. Elle a géré pour moi pendant plus de 2 heures un litige pour la réception d’un colis . Le café lavazza de la machine est excellent ( disponible toute la journée et gratuit)

Cons:

L’humidité dans les chambres . Et 1 seule et unique machine à laver à disposition

A fabulous high-quality stay and a great location
Pros:

We loved our stay at this place. Everything about it was very high quality. The room was gorgeous. The line was great and the design for the room was very good. The hotel has a restaurant and a café on the same premises, but run by different people.. They were both excellent and we highly recommend them.

Pros:

Where to start... we loved it, and would definitely stay over again! The room was very spacious. It's super well located, between two subway stations, has loads of restaurants nearby, a large supermarket, coffee shops etc. Staff was great, really accommodating and helpful. I also liked the breakfast: we had both the western and Chinese versions, and you should try the Chinese version as well, it was delicious!

Cons:

The only thing we missed was a bided, either built-in on the toilet or as bidet sprayer. But honestly, this is just a detail.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. They also have free breakfast everyday while you are staying there. Besides, free water and coffee. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. We loved this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Très bel hôtel, service plus que parfait

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits, l’endroit est magnifique, il ne paye pas de mine quand on arrive mais dès qu’on accède au chambre, on comprend le standing de l’hôtel.

Les chambres sont propres, calmes, très confortables.

Nous avons eu beaucoup de questions et de changements dans notre planning, le staff de l’hôtel a été très aidant et flexible.

La localisation est bien pour sillonner dans les hutongs alentours. C’est une zone très animée à proximité d’un métro.

Cons:

Si je dois dire quelque chose : dommage que le rooftop ne soit pas plus exploité !

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

We loved this boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication and arrangements with Jaclyn were excellent and seamless.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The hotel's location is perfect, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed the area and would definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit.
