Una notte a 5 stelle
Pros:

Una bella esperienza in un hotel a 5 stelle molto imponente e caratteristico. La sua posizione vicina al treno e metro aiuta a muoversi tra centri commerciali e quartiere adiacenti. La colazione è abbondante e si possono scegliere sia piatti tipici locali che quelli internazionali. L'accoglienza e lo staff sono ottimi , anche per il fatto che parlano inglese fluente , mentre altri hotel anche a 4 stelle non è sicuro che parlino inglese e bisogna usare il traduttore per ogni richiesta. Se hai tante valigie conviene comunque usare il taxi molto conveniente per agevolare il trasporto.

Cons:

Lo stile e l'arredamento delle camere ad alcuni potrebbe non piacere perche "antico" , ma il confort del letto e accessori è ottimo.

Pros:

A Shenzhen, je descends dans cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent. L’ambiance générale est bonne, la propreté est impeccable. Le petit déjeuner propose beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est aimable et toujours prêt à rendre service.

Cons:

Les chambres sont vieillissantes même si elles restent correctes. Globalement et malgré quelques exceptions, le personnel parle très peu et mal anglais.

Но не в ком случае не оставайтесь в Hilton!
Там ужасно! Заехал в Hilton с семьёй. Буквально через 10 минут я понял что это бордель. И сразу выехали оттуда и заселились в эту красавицу.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from the Reservations Team regarding my request for a company tax invoice. The request was submitted some time ago, yet to date I have not received any acknowledgement, confirmation of receipt, or update whatsoever.
This level of service falls well below expectations and is particularly frustrating given the simplicity of the request.
