Pros:

駅にとても近い

Cons:

空調設備が　集中管理なのと　古いタイプの空調設備だったため、室温が調整できず、猛暑だったためもあり、暑かった

地點，就在松江站南出口斜對面，我跑了一整天行程之後累的要命，但看到飯店地點真的鬆了一口氣。另外，早餐可以到再加購，¥900，先選主餐：烏龍麵、出雲蕎麥麵、蜆拉麵（可以三個都要），玉子燒、炸物、飯糰、飲料都可以自行取用，蠻推薦的

Pros:

駐車場及びフロントスタッフ皆様に大変お心のこもった応対をして頂き感謝ばかりです。各階のエレベーター付近に電子レンジや製氷機があるのはとても助かりました。

よかったです
Pros:

JR駅のそばなので，市内観光にも宿に荷物をあずけて倉吉、三朝温泉への日帰りにもとても便利で良かったです。

Cons:

これまで各地のα１を利用させていただきましたが、朝食が麺が主体だったのが，高齢者にとってきつかったです。

枕や毛布の貸し出し等、親切でした

Cons:

お風呂の浴槽の清掃が不十分。
ザラザラしていて、清掃されていないと感じた。使用前にソープでこすり洗いしたらザラザラした感じが無くなったので、清掃がされていないのがよく分かった。フロントの対応が良かったので、部屋の細かな箇所が不満でした

Pros:

The location is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was very very small and felt claustrophobic as it was facing the wall of another structure and AC was central and on heating mode. There was no option of having to change the AC mode and felt very hot and suffocating
