Great suburb hotel in green scenary.
Pros:

Great park surrounding and trees in front. Room well decorated. Fast Internet. Working AC. Safe with enclosure and gate keeper. Inside free parking.

Cons:

A bit far from downtown and restaurant. No Lifts.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Friendly, polite and helpful staff - Malik and Lera were always present at desk and ready to assist with any question or request, good quiet room with all the amenities and necessities, good green guided territory around the hotel to spend free time outdoors, good breakfast, a good selection for lunch.

Cons:

a snacks selection to buy could have been offered for those who did not want to go out of the hotel after the restaurant closed.

Мне очень понравилось проживание в этом отеле - отличное соотношение цены и качества, удобное расположение и замечательный персонал. Планирую останавливаться здесь ещё не раз.

Отдельно хочу отметить очень вкусные завтраки и высокий уровень сервиса. На мой взгляд, персонал - это одна из самых важных составляющих хорошего отеля. Даже если всё остальное идеально, но отношение сотрудников оставляет желать лучшего, впечатление уже будет совсем другим. Здесь же с этим всё на высшем уровне.

Особую благодарность хочу выразить Абдумалику за помощь, внимательность и профессионализм!

Из небольших замечаний - в холодильнике был не совсем приятный запах, и, как мне показалось, он недостаточно хорошо охлаждает напитки. Скоро лето, и многим гостям особенно важно, чтобы напитки были действительно холодными. Думаю, стоит обратить на это внимание.

В остальном всё было отлично. Спасибо всей команде за тёплый приём!

Pros:

Понравился персонал отеля, администратор на ресепшене Малик был внимателен и помогал. Очень уютная территория отеля и номера, удобная парковка.

Cons:

Завтраки. Не очень понравилось само приготовление. Только блинчики были вкусными.

Удобное расположение, достаточно большой номер.

Cons:

В номере нет посуды, хотя чайник и кофе/чай/сахар есть. Подоконники грязные, душевая грязная, из стены торчит провод, неизвестно под напряжением или нет.
Утром разбудили, мол "для вас завтрак в номер", а потом со словами "ой, вы не китаец", поводили фигой и забрали его)

Excellent! I will definitely stay there again!
Pros:

Quiet even though it’s on a busy road. The courtyard is a lovely nature like setting to hang out with lovely outdoor seating areas. The staff are very accommodating, friendly, spoke English very well and helped with organising taxis and luggage. The hotel is a ten min walk from many restaurants and shops.

Pros:

Comfortable room, with nice felt rug decorations. Friendly reception staff who kindly offered us choices off the breakfast room service menu as the buffet had virtually nothing left.

Cons:

No lift.
