Great location and would definitely recommend
Pros:

Extremely well located, easy to access and spot and near to many attractions including the opera house and Saigon Centre. Pleasant staff and comfortable room. Some small marks here and there which is to be expected in a hotel; but generally quite clean. Relatively quiet but since it is next to a busy road you might notice some traffic if you are sensitive to noise.

Cons:

Limited accessibility if you have difficulty navigating stairs.

Delightful hotel, would definitely stay again
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable and clean. The hotel was centrally located - so very easy to access tourist spots, restaurants and the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did not find the hotel to be noticeably noisy but my partner did note some traffic noise so it will depend on how sensitive you are to sounds.

Cons:

There is a small flight of internal stairs to reach the lifts that go up to the hotel rooms. If you or a family member has difficulty navigating stairs; this may be problematic.

Was okay. Felt Safe.
Pros:

The location. Very convenient.

Cons:

Too overpowering synthetic fragrance the minute you enter lobby and worst in the small lift. Not everyone can take strong smell. I am allergic to fragrance. Many in my group have the same feedback. Please look into this. It is not healthy.

Then the buffet breakfast menu is so predictable, every day the almost same.

Bad Customer Experience

Central location

Cons:

The reception staff seemed unmotivated or not properly trained in customer service. The hotel facilities are outdated, and many devices are not functioning properly, such as the elevator button on the first floor. The room telephone was also not working, and there were no instructions or contact numbers provided for assistance, so guests had to use their mobile phones to call the hotline, which was rarely answered. I will not stay at this hotel again. Not recommended.
