Cosy.
Pros:

It is literally steps away from Ô Quan Chưởng. The area is filled with stores and restaurants open til the late hours of the day. What really makes the place cozy are the staff. Julie from the reception is really good in English and is really helpful.

During my stay with the property, I booked a Ninh Binh Day Tour through them. During the tour I had a tiny accident: fell off the bike in the bike trails and got scratches and cuts. I immediately notified Julie and asked her if the hotel has a first aid kit I could use. Julie went out her way to buy me something to clean my wounds and got me a candy to come with the small kit. She didn’t even ask for any payment!

Cons:

I didn’t like how the water smelled. Also when I initially checked in, the bed covers had a tiny smudge of who knows what.

Pros:

I’ve stayed here previously. Great spot and great value for money with helpful staff

Cons:

Nothing to complain about . This isn’t an ultra flash upmarket hotel but that wasn’t what I was looking for or expecting .
