Location was good. Air conditioning worked fine

Cons:

Had a floor level room with a glass door so light came from lobby at night, and noise from guests/staff could be heard at night. There was a in-between glass door in the aisle from the lobby to my door, but I was told to keep it open, so all that noise just came to my room. There was no warm water.

L’emplacement est top

Cons:

La salle de bain fuit et le sol est toujours mouillé, l’eau est froide, il y a des remontée d’egouts dans les toilettes. Pas de fenetre apart sur la porte de la chambre menant au couloir qui reste allumé toute la nuit.
On a reserver une activite a ha long pour une croisiere d’un jours mais on a fait que 2 des activites prévues sur trois.

Cons:

Air conditioner not working smells very bad. Suffocated on extreme heat. Worst cleanliness of blankets and not even listen to the complaints for a change of room
