Just a decent stay at a decent price.
Pros:

I appreciated that I was able to leave my luggage there before heading to Sapa. The lift was also a convenient addition, especially when carrying heavy luggage.

Cons:

I wasn’t happy with my checkout experience. The lady ran after me and asked for payment, even though I had already paid her earlier that morning. It was quite frustrating and made me feel uncomfortable.

Cosy.
Pros:

It is literally steps away from Ô Quan Chưởng. The area is filled with stores and restaurants open til the late hours of the day. What really makes the place cozy are the staff. Julie from the reception is really good in English and is really helpful.

During my stay with the property, I booked a Ninh Binh Day Tour through them. During the tour I had a tiny accident: fell off the bike in the bike trails and got scratches and cuts. I immediately notified Julie and asked her if the hotel has a first aid kit I could use. Julie went out her way to buy me something to clean my wounds and got me a candy to come with the small kit. She didn’t even ask for any payment!

Cons:

I didn’t like how the water smelled. Also when I initially checked in, the bed covers had a tiny smudge of who knows what.
