Nice hotel great location.
Pros:

Great location in the centre of Glasgow. Nice room. Lovely extra touches-Prosecco on arrival. Cookies and milk in the evening. Great breakfast. Nice roof top bar.

Cons:

Lighting was poor but part of the theme of the hotel. Room was lovely but not practical for us.

Room was uninhabitable
Pros:

Hotel looks great facilities are good

Cons:

Air con didn’t work in the room it was 28 degree in the room and staff were unhelpful and untruthful about the reason why room was hot. Air con clearly broken and they had previous complaints regarding that. Booked a different hotel as was uninhabitable

It was okay. Stayed in lovelier hotels half the price. Didn’t feel welcome on checkin

Didn’t stay for breakfast

Cons:

Poor lighting walking in corridor and walking up stairs. Understand that this was to create an atmosphere, however didn’t like it much.

Beds are comfy staff are lovely

Cons:

Toilet coming away from floor

Shower rail to big and in way of door and coming off wall smashed into door several times not very safe also no windows not safe if there's for and you can't get out door

Was not showing around room or to room room me ages to find stuff

Felt like we would be docked in another country by morning!Excellent stay highly recommend-The cabin room.

Breakfast was so nice in the sacred garden!

Hubby even got a chocolate cake waiting in our room for his birthday!Lovely touch guys thank you!

I lost him for a bit in the toilet he said it was like the crystal maze!!I could stop laughing...there is definitely a door somewhere I swear!

disappointed. Not worth the cost .
Pros:

Breakfast good value and quality with a great view of the city, on the rooftop.

Cons:

The room was very dusty and not very clean, not surprised too dark in the room ,stayed in suite, no proper space d wardrobe to hang anything up.poor lighting for applying make up,small flimsy shelve in bathroom ,no room for toiletries ,had to sit them on the floor.

Shame I wasnt on the Orient Express!
Pros:

The room was quirky and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Didnt mind how small the room was. Location was very close to my meetings.

Cons:

No natural light in the room - or anywhere really. Street location was pretty rough.
