Extremely disappointing "All fur coat and no knickers dressed up as The Emperor's new clothes"
Pros:

Based on the lack of basic hotel services we didn't try any of the other features.

Cons:

Please see email sent to the hotel. Also the room air conditioning was noisy and the marble floor in the bathroom was an accident waiting to happen.
