Good but not worth all that money
Pros:

The reception staff were lovely!! Nothing was an issue for them, soon as I what’s app them for the shards of glass they were on it. They also allowed us to order food to our room. The beds were extremely comfortable but small!! We LOVED the bath!

Cons:

We found the service on the roof top garden to be extremely slow, even though there seemed to be plenty staff on. We witnessed the waiter give our drinks to someone else and then tell us they have ran out of what we both ordered. One of the members of staff was just not approachable.
We heard someone beside us complain about glass in their drink also, which was a concern as we had just complained about shards of glass all over our room floor which I cut my foot on. Once coming back to the room, there was still some shards lying around. The table we had in the room was missing a screw so was very shakey. We had a bar tab which we didn’t use all of it and wasn’t offered anything at check out to use this up or give us it back.

​A Brilliant Stay

This hotel was exactly what I was hoping it would be. The overall vibe is absolutely perfect and sets the tone for a fantastic trip.

​The staff are amazing and genuinely welcoming from the moment you arrive. On top of that, it boasts a brilliant location that makes exploring incredibly easy. I highly recommend booking a stay here.

Cons:

The only slight negative was the air conditioning unit in the room. It was quite noisy and rattled initially. Thankfully it improved over the course of the night and was by no means unbearable. It probably just needs a quick maintenance check.

The amazing decor didn't make up for all the disappointments.
Pros:

Amazing looking rooms

Cons:

Darkness in every area.
As soon as you walked into the reception area your eyesight took minutes to adjust to the darkness. Couldn't see many of the staffs faces on entering the building which was discerning.
Needed my touch light to read menus.
And find buttons and switches to certain items. Couldn't even make out the buttons on the TV remote.
Corridors were dark and finding the way around due to lack of signs.
No fire evacuation plans in the rooms and no evacuations signs observed.
They may have been there but it was too dark to see them.
No natural air from the windows, they were completely sealed up and the air on rattled all night so didn't sleep well.
No choice of a white light to read or do make up etc.

Very dark as soon as you walk into hotel all the way to room I know its to mimmick the setting but still to dark...lights in room very difficult to use unsure what one does what woke up wife several lights going on except the one I required...
