En teneral mucho muy bien. Vale mucho la pena el lugar
Pros:

La ubicación esta muy bien, al igual que las vistas, las camas su servicio y todo. Solo que no esta bien que no permitan que 2 o tres familiares puedan acceder a la laguna. Solo a la laguna no, a los cuartos. Esto por que mi hijo, su novia y mi comadre se quedaron en otro lugar cercano y aquí ellos no podían entrar a disfrutar de la laguna y nosotros allá en donde ellos estaban sí.

Cons:

Que al menos con pago pudieran entrar mi hijo, su novia y mi comadre que por asuntos de logística ellos se tuvieron que quedar en otro hotel.

You need a car or you have to depend on Taxis which is 5 euros one way to the centre. There was no food or drinks available - a short walk to another hotel is needed.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, situation et vue magnifique au bord du lagon.
Les bungalows sont confortables.
On a pu emprunter gratuitement des kayaks.
La réception nous a organisé une sortie bateau moins chère qu'en ville et départ depuis le ponton de l'hôtel (trop la classe).
Le restaurant Isabela qui est à quelques minutes à pied et qui appartient au même propriétaire est délicieux. La cheffe cuisine "à la française", c'était vraiment excellent.

Cons:

Pas beaucoup de lumière dans la salle de bain!!!
Nous avons voulu rajouter une nuit, le réceptionniste nous a demandé de quitter la chambre à 9h le matin (alors que le check out est jusqu'à 12h) et nous a redonné les clés de notre nouvelle chambre qu'après 15h car c'est le protocole! (La chambre était disponible dès 11h)
Gros manque de flexibilité à ce niveau et le jour de notre départ, il est venu 3 fois nous redire que le check out était aujourd'hui avant 12h...
Nous avons donc rendu notre chambre à 11h57!!!

wonderful staff, nice bungalow, easy parking on the street.
Pros:

We liked that the accomodation was on the water. Easy access to kayaks and swimming off the peir. Its about an 7 minute drive to get into town. Easy parking on the street. The staff were wonderful and accomodating. Very recommended

Cons:

Water pressure was very low in the bathroom. Most likely due to the hard water and calcification of the pipes. As well, the light in our bungalow bathroom was not suffient.

Pros:

Está localizado justo en el cenote esmeralda, te prestan remos y kayac, la vista a la laguna es hermosa, la atención fue muy buena y me recomendaron un tour que valió mucho la pena.

Cons:

Tenia detalles de mantenimiento la habitación sin que impactaran en la experiencia de mi estancia.

Un escandalo al dormir! Imposible! Tienen que cambiar las bases de las camas ya! Que incomodo lo poco que pudimos dormir

Cons:

Necesitan también poner un tipo de tapete o de alfombra en las escaleras. Un escandalo al subir y bajar la gente. Las cases de las camas suenan de todo y fue muy incómodo. No dormimos casi nada. Se escucha todo lo de arriba y nuestra base de la cama también estaba del super cocol! Muy muy incómodo

Excelente experiencia en Bacalar, con algunos detalles por mejorar
Pros:

Me encantó mi estancia. Las instalaciones son hermosas, todo está muy limpio y cuidadosamente pensado para que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos. Mi bungalow fue perfecto y la ubicación es increíble, con un excelente acceso a la laguna. Un lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar de la magia de Bacalar.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que la atención en recepción fue bastante básica; el personal cumple con brindar la información necesaria, pero no destaca por su amabilidad. Además, no hay restaurante ni servicio de comida en el sitio, algo que sin duda sería un gran plus para complementar la experiencia
