Pros:

La posizione direttamente sul lago (una delle parti piu belle con il cenote esmeralda sottostante) con accesso privato, il servizio gratuito di canoa, tavolo e frigorifero a disposizione comune su piattaforme direttamente sul lago disponbilita degli addetti

Cons:

Assenza di un punto di ristoro interno, impossibilità a fare colazione. Poltrone su terrazzino poco comode

Pros:

La posizione è spettacolare. E' a circa 3 km dal centro quindi serve un mezzo per raggiungere luoghi per mangiare o supermercati. Ma per il relax e per godersi la laguna è perfetta: dall'area delle cabanas si scende direttamente alla laguna dove ci sono sedie e sdraio e addirittura un piccolo frigo! Ci sono solo 2 kayak a disposizione, ma con un po' di organizzazione (e ricordandolo allo staff) si possono usare. Si può parcheggiare sulla strada di fronte alla struttura.

Cons:

Le cabanas sono grandi e spaziose ma un po' buie e hanno pochissimi punti di appoggio, in bagno nemmeno un gancio per gli asciugamani. E' tutto abbastanza ben tenuto ma si perdono in qualche piccolo dettaglio.

Pros:

La cercanía a la laguna y la tranquilidad

Cons:

Esa cercanía sin embargo, no era muy cómoda.
No tiene una pasarela hacia el agua como vimos que tenían los de alrededor. El acceso al agua no es especialmente fácil, a los kayaks tampoco, todo resbala mucho y el riesgo de golpearse es alto.
Sabíamos que eran cabañas, pero tienen muy poco aislamiento, el ruido y el calor entran fácil, y las puertas y ventanas no cierran del todo.
La luz es escasa (en el baño, más) y el agua de la ducha también, si tienes pelo abundante que lavar, tardarás el doble en aclararte.
El personal no era muy acogedor tampoco (salvo el chico más joven) al hacer el check in teníamos que sacarle la información al señor con sacacorchos.

Lugar excepcional
Pros:

El hotel esta situado en primera línea, cosa que nos resultó importante en Bacalar, y cuenta con una buena zona para disfrutar de la laguna, bañarte, tomar el sol. Es un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo. Solo por eso vale la pena.
La habitación es bastante cómoda, hemos descansado bien, a pesar de que a veces se oía el ruido de otras cabañas.
El personal ha sido amable y nos han ayudado con nuestras peticiones.

Cons:

Únicamente nos faltó un bar.
Es cierto que está alejado del pueblo pero nos movimos en taxi.

Pros:

The location, the room was huge and the view amazing

Cons:

The room needed a serious refreshment, I did not allowed my kids to sleep upstairs because the windows were sealed with a plastic bag (no windows), the stairs to go upstairs were sooo unstable, the rest of the windows were in a pretty bad state too… we got the biggest but the oldest room

Posto incantevole Luogo molto piacevole dove trascorrere qualche giorno sulla laguna di bacalar!
Pros:

Posto incantevole, semplice e curato. Nel bungalow c'è aria condizionata e frigo bar con macchina del caffè. L affaccio sulla laguna e il cenote Esmeralda é stupendo! Siamo stati benissimo, alzarsi al mattino e scendere in laguna o fare un bagno di notte é stato fantastico!! E c é anche la possibilità di noleggiare gratuitamente per un paio di ore il kayak.

Cons:

Qualche insetto nel bagno, ma comprensibile vista la posizione in mezzo alla natura.

Niet zo romantisch als je denkt!
Pros:

Het is leuk dat het resort aan de lagoon zit. Verder viel eigenlijk alles tegen.
Locatie naar de standje goed te doen met de auto.

Cons:

Wij zijn niet tevreden. De airco kan de ruimte niet verkoelen. Er zitten gaten tussen de planken van de muren waardoor de warmte van buiten het wint. Daarnaast hoor je dus ook letterlijk alles en iedereen. Je trilt nog net niet uit je bed als je bovenburen of gewoon je losse buren beginnen met lopen. Het bed is een gebergten. Er zitten kuilen en heuvels in waardoor je gewoon niet normaal kan liggen. Echt bizar! De douche stinkt enorm. Je krijgt wel een afdek plaatje voor de douche, maar de geur van riool komt er dwars door heen. Het personeel is alles behalve vriendelijk. Iedere vraag is teveel. Voor wat extra water betaal je (20! Peso’s voor 0,325ml). Bedankt…
De kano moet je reserveren maar dit gaat niet van harte. Ze kijken je raar aan dat je dit wilt. Het uit checken gaat ook erg ongemakkelijk. Alles wordt tot in details gecontroleerd (mag natuurlijk). Maar het gevoel van welkom is er totaal niet.

Decebedor, el millor la vista

El que m’ha agradat més és la vista a la Llacuna està davant però ja només dos bungalow’s que tenen vistes

Les Cabanyes no estan ben cuidades falta manteniment molt sorollós l’aire acondicionat però no el pots parar per la calor que fa, també es sent molt el carrer del costat ja que ens va tocar una cabanya just al costat. El primer dia feia molt mala olor i ens van canviar i això s’agraeix estàvem davant de la Llacuna i això va ser el millor per al següent dia vam haver de canviar. Hi ha hotels molt millors i qualitat preu car

El aire daba para el baño . Era un horno.. yo creí que tenía cocineta y no tenía ni horno de microondas.. EL WIFI NO SIRVE.. EL BAÑO NO TIENE NADA ACCESORIOS... EN LA REGADERA PUEDE SUCEDER ACIDENTE PORQUE NO TIENE NI DONDE PONER EL JABON.. DONDE COLGAR LA TOALLAS NI EL ROLLO ETC. Y TUVIMOS QUE DEJAR 2 NOCHES ANTES PORQUE NO NOS DIERON SOLUCIÓN A NUESTRAS QUEJAS

Pros:

De locatie is top, het ligt op een heuvel waardoor je uitzicht hebt over de lagune. Vanaf de steiger kun je makkelijk het water in, voor de kinderen in ieder geval met zwemvest aan want er ligt een 50m diepe cenote voor de kust. Maar heerlijk helder water en een gezellig zitje aan de steiger.

Cons:

Voor 5 personen werden ons 2 kamers aangeboden, helaas per kamer maar 1 bed.

Cons:

The kayaks were old, not maintained, inspected by staff or whatsoever. Unfortunately, I took one that had a hole and it drowned 3/4 in the water on my way. I had to swim and drag it to the shore and empty the water at some other property. It was scary and hard, although I had a life west and I am a good swimmer. I cannot imagine this happening to a family or a non swimmer. If the hotel is providing kayaks they should do basic checks.
After raising it to the reception and reception apparently to management, nothing happened.

Entspannung pur mit schönstem Lagunenblick. Ich hätte hier Wochen verbringen können :)
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Lagune mit der Möglichkeit kostenlos Kanus zu leihen ist unvergleichlich. Es gibt einen Steg mit Überdachung und Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und Kühlschrank, wo man den ganzen Tag verbringen kann. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Restaurants, ein Supermarkt und das Zentrum sind nach kurzer Fahrt erreichbar.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben hier für kleines Geld auch Wäsche waschen lassen.
