The Post Hotel

I absolutely loved my stay at The Post! All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, particularly Jim, who works the night shift at the front desk. He was always happy to have a chat, offer advice, help me figure out the best public transport routes, and recommend local activities. He is a real credit to the hotel, and I sincerely hope his kindness and dedication are recognised by management! The morning staff were equally wonderful, always greeting me with a smile, and everyone spoke excellent English. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of public transport and approximately 15 minutes from Myeongdong, with a 24/7 convenience store right next door. My room was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures, and the hot and cold water dispenser in the lobby was another convenient touch. I particularly appreciated the hotel kindly storing my luggage free of charge while I travelled to Busan. Small gestures like this go a long way, especially when travelling solo, and really show how much the team cares about its guests. I am currently in Busan and genuinely cannot wait to return to The Post! While the cleanliness, facilities, and location are excellent, it is the staff who truly make this hotel stand out. Their warmth and hospitality made my first Seoul experience so memorable, and I cannot thank them enough. I will absolutely be booking again on future visits and wholeheartedly recommend The Post to anyone visiting Seoul. Thank you to Jim and the entire team for making me feel so welcome. The hotel is incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful team!

Quarto limpo, espaçoso, boa disponibilidade de itens de higiene, conveniências de ducha higiênica, frigobar, água, café e chá disponíveis. Atendimento muito bom por parte da equipe, simpáticos e ágeis. O maior ponto alto é a localização impecável, próximo de lojas de conveniência, restaurantes, estação de metrô com várias conexões e bons cafés e lojas próximos.

Locatie is erg fijn, kamers zijn ruim, personeel is super vriendelijk. Ten zeerste aanbevolen!

Could not have picked a more perfect location; easy walking distance to the cultural villages and streets, palaces and parks, and so many amazing eateries within a small radius. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and such a bonus having a self service laundromat downstairs.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We had a fairly spacious room, and the staff were always friendly. All our requests were met. The only minor issue was that housekeeping was overlooked once, but it was taken care of the next day. Overall, I am happy with the hotel.
