Absolutely beautiful. The girls on front desk are truly a pleasure and were so helpful and welcoming. I’ve travelled the world and this is up there with the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Interior is beyond beautiful, staff are literally perfect and location is fantastic and super central. We will be back. Thank you to the team and applause for the decor / whoever designed this place.

Персонал максимально помогает постояльцам и к их работе вопросов почти нет (кроме чистоты номеров).
Удобная кровать в номере.
Наличие сейфа.
Минусов, к сожалению, очень много:
- в этом году нет завтраков, только кофе, круассан и фрукты. Это было неприятным открытием, потому что отель выбирался по фотографиям в интернете и отзывам. Мой недосмотр, но отсутствие завтраков неприятно удивило
- в отеле нет прачечной, нет возможности освежить свою одежду
- в номерах нет чайника
- полотенца и постельное белье не менялись каждый день, а только складывались красиво на место
- кальциевый налет на душевой кабине и раковине в ванной не убирался
- не пополняли запасы моющих средств: шампуня, геля для душа и кондиционера для волос, а также туалетной бумаги. И вообще на момент нашего прибытия рулон туалетной бумаги был уже начат предыдущими постояльцами
- мини бар весь платный и по дикому оверпрайсу
- после 22.00 в отеле нет никого из персонала чтобы решить те или иные вопросы. У нас был случай, когда мы не могли после 00.00 попасть в отель, потому что были заблокированы двери и номер рецепции был найден не сразу.
- не отрегулированный кондиционер, даже при температуре 27 градусов в комнате морозилка за две минуты при самом низком значении фена
- у нас был номер на первом жилом этаже, он выходил окнами на стену соседнего дома. За такую стоимость получить маленький номер 17 квадратов с видом на трубы — это жирный минус. На окнах также нет сеток от насекомых, открыть окна для проветривания по этой причине невозможно.
Absolutely loved our stay here despite only staying one night. Location was excellent however parking could be a little challenging. Staff were incredible and couldn't do more for us, we had a lovely room and the shower was modern and powerful. Everything was pure luxury and one of the best hotels we stayed at across our two week stay in Albania. Breakfast was a small selection but a perfect way to enjoy the outdoor seating.
Beautiful, clean, and highly well maintained hotel. The management and staff are outstanding, kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile and any request. The warm and personal service creates a true hospitality experience and makes the stay especially pleasant .
Beautiful decor, location was great.
Felt like it wasn't very loved, no atmosphere, no front of house or staff around, the only two girls there seemed lovely, but were trying to do everything, from reception, bar, cleaning rooms, making breakfast, which took ages and wasn't great. The staff didn't understand us very well, kept calling someone to ask them answers to our question, seemed the place was soulless. No friendly welcome by an established team. A bit sad, as such a beautiful building and decor. Asked for a coffee, but got told, it would take an hour for the machine to be switched on! Bar never seemed open either. It was like someone had gone to the extreme to decorate and bring the building to its full potential, then just walked away and left it to run itself. For the money it was very disappointing.
The balcony looked over the coastline, a genuinely lovely place to chill out. The mattress was gloriously soft and the softest pillows sealed the deal.
Floor to ceiling windows framed the blue water perfectly. We spent hours on the balcony watching the turquoise water. High ceilings made the really big room feel even bigger.
The hotel is in a very convenient location for all beach/boat activities. The bed was comfortable and all the staff were very kind/friendly.
Unfortunately the room was on the first floor and faced a wall, so we had no views or even sun.
The bathroom is very poorly designed: my knees touched the sink from the toilet (I’m only 160cm tall); the shower isn’t separated on the right side so it’s basically a wet bathroom (toilet and sink get wet); and the fan didn’t work so nothing dried.
The “complimentary breakfast” is actually just coffee or juice (not both) and a warm croissant (that was raw in the middle).
The WiFi never worked and we had no service in the room (despite having perfectly fine service everywhere else in Sarande).
Very very beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Coffee and croissant in the morning was amazing. Rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated.
I never imagined I would find a little piece of France in Sarandë. Everything was thoughtfully designed, with incredible attention to detail. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and the entire experience was simply perfect.

Our stay in Sarandë at LaFe was fantastic! The staff were calm, welcoming, and always available to help. The cleanliness was outstanding, and you could see that the manager paid attention to every detail in every room. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
