Ótimo alojamento no centro do Porto
Pros:

Excelente alojamento no centro do Porto. Limpeza impecável, empregados simpáticos, checkout às 12, camas cômodas, ótima zona de ducha. Imbatível em termos de preço/qualidade em pleno julho.

Cons:

Algumas pequenos detalhes por melhorar e sem dúvida seria um 10.

The room was very clean and comfortable but the staff were extremely attentive!
Pros:

I showed up injured after walking the Camino De Santiago. I was alone for 3 days as my family was completing the walk. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed without being asked. They would deliver Uber Eats to my room, offer to go out and get me food, checked on me several times a day and one young man went to the pharmacy after work to get me a crutch. Again, I never even asked for help they just did it. I was so grateful

A dificuldade de comunicação com os funcionários no atendimento telefónico que não falavam português e que queriam que eu falasse na língua deles e o facto de não me terem atendido em tempo útil ao pedido de verificarem material que esqueci no quarto e que por isso se terá extraviado.

Exceeded my expectations in every way. A comfortable stay
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, good convenient location. Bathroom was modern and everything’s works well. There are nice cafes around to have breakfast.

Cons:

It’s away from the old town where most of the nice eateries are. Nonetheless, there is a market nearby and some nice restaurants around.

Cons:

Am avut camera spre strada si a fost galagie tot timpul de la trafic. Geamurile nu izoleaza deloc. Era siun capac de canal care se misca si de fiecare data cand trecea o masina facea galagie, adica in continuu.
