À fuir. Manque d'entretien des équipements et personnel n'ayant aucune aptitude en cas de problèmes.

Le lit et c'est tout !

Cons:

Très mauvais séjour à l’hôtel Bom Sucesso de Porto. Toilettes bouchées dans la chambre 307. Pas d'eau dans la chasse d'eau (il faut 30 mn pour qu'elle se remplisse). Un cauchemar !
La personne de l'accueil est venue pour constater et nous a dit : "Je ne peux rien faire, je ne peux pas vous changer de chambre, c'est complet. Si vous avez besoin d'aller aux toilettes, descendez à la réception de l'hôtel, il y a des toilettes..."
INADMISSIBLE ! Nous avons passé une nuit affreuse, obligés de descendre en pyjama au milieu de la nuit les 3 étages pour les toilettes !
Ma femme et moi avons soixante-dix ans. Nous avons payé 140 euros pour cette horreur. J'ai rempli le cahier de réclamations de l'hôtel. Si je n’obtiens pas le remboursement, j’engage une procédure légale.

Pros:

- WLAN im Zimmer vorhanden und funktionierte
- Zwei Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren deutlich hilfsbereiter und kümmerten sich zügig um Anliegen (u. a. Nutzung des Safes)

Cons:

• Zimmer war bei Ankunft dreckig, hat sich im Laufe des Aufenthalts nicht gebessert
• Rezeptionist reagierte auf Beschwerde seltsam – verwies auf angeblich saubere Fotos der Putzkräfte, die den tatsächlichen Zustand nicht widerspiegelten
• Wurden aufgefordert, selbst Fotos vom dreckigen Zimmer zu machen, um die Beschwerde zu “rechtfertigen”
• Alter Zahnstocher im Zimmer gefunden
• Angekündigter Rückruf des Supervisors kam nie zustande
• Erst am Folgetag kümmerte sich eine andere Mitarbeiterin um das Problem, Zimmer wurde daraufhin einmalig gründlich gereinigt. Tage danach dann wieder nicht mehr.
• Dusche: Wasser wird alle 60 Sekunden extrem heiß und kühlt sich dann wieder ab – ständiges Ausweichen nötig
• Abfluss funktionierte nicht richtig, nach 5 Minuten Duschen lief die Dusche über
• Dusche allgemein undicht, Wasser lief unter der Tür hindurch aus
• Kein separates Badezimmer
• Keine Klobürste vorhanden
• gelegentlich fauler Gestank aus Klima und Dusche
• Zwei Telefone im Zimmer (eins am Bett, eins auf der Toilette) – nur das Toilettentelefon funktionierte
• Handtücher zweimal verschmutzt erhalten
• Dreckige Tassen dreimal erhalten
• Nach der negativen Erfahrung mit dem Rezeptionisten keine Motivation mehr, weitere Probleme zu melden, aus Sorge sich erneut rechtfertigen zu müssen und Zeit als auch Nerven zu verschwenden. Dafür bezahlt man nicht dieses Geld
• Hotel maximal 3 Sterne wert. Kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Erster Eindruck vom Zimmer gut, genaueres hingucken zeig dass viel nur Show ist, vieles dreckig , unpraktisch und abgenutzt

No parece complicado aislar el ruido con un sistema de vidrio doble.

Pros:

Localização próxima ao mercado bom sucesso e comércio em geral.
Apartamento moderno, tudo novinho.

Cons:

Quarto um pouco apertado, área de embarque/ desembarque muito precária, o taxi pára quase no meio da rua pra pegar os passageiros e bagagem.
