Good location with no need to walk up the bridge stairs or carry the baggage via boats. Kind staff.
Pros:

You don't need to cross the bridge (with lots of stairs) to arrive at this hotel from the train station. I chose this hotel mainly for this reason and I'm glad I made the right choice. You can go on foot almost everywhere in Venice, but being close to the water taxi added convenience. My daughter realized after checking out that she had left her cellphone. We left our baggage at the hotel but were in Murano. When I called the hotel to find her phone, as FindMy said that it was in the hotel, the receptionist said the room had been cleaned and nothing had been found. When I told her that my daughter said she had left it on the bed, the receptionist literally sought through the bedsheets they removed from beds to wash, found the phone and called back to tell me "I found it. Don't worry. Enjoy your day and pick it up when you can!" You know 2 things for sure 1. They are SUPER KIND 2. They maintain their bedsheets clean.

Cons:

Everything was convenient. There's a few steps of stairs to walk up with the baggages, but the male receptionist helped carry them up.

Den vänliga och serviceinriktade personalen var toppen. Trevligt rum och en frukost över förväntan. Att hotellet är mindre gav det en personlig och charmig touch. Kommer absolut tillbaka.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, o quarto é lindo, espaçoso e muito confortável. Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas valeu super a pena. O café da manhã também é delicioso. Recomendo!

Perfect location with easy access to Venice!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Navona Hotel II Mercante di Venzia. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit, always friendly and available whenever we needed assistance.

The location is outstanding and one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It is within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s main tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without relying on public transportation.

Our room was very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and fast, reliable WiFi, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Hotel II Mercante di Venzia to anyone visiting Rome. We would gladly stay here again!
