Keine Traumunterkunft
Pros:

Der traumhafte Blick.

Cons:

Keine Atmosphäre im Pool. Kaum Ausruhen Möglichkeiten da. Hohe extra Kosten für anderen Spa. Es wurde bei Booking nich explizit erwähnt.
Sehr laut im Zimmer, da das Zimmer neben einer Tür im Korridor lag, die dauernd eröffnet und laut zugeschlagen wurde. Dazu lag es neben einem Kleinen Lagerraum vom Hotel. Da wurde auch dauernd laut gearbeitet.

Pros:

Nice view and location, a bit removed from city center so was peaceful
Great service, very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

- very limited in the room amenities, no AC, very basic for what the price was
- restaurant and entrance had a very bad odour which we didn’t like, like old mop smell
- at the end of the day we stayed at better value spa hotels in the region, so was disappointed vs expectations

Basically very comfortable
Pros:

Yummy and many choice the breakfast.Nice view at restaurant and walk 5 mins to Gyllyngvase Beach.

Cons:

the spa need extra pay GBP40 then can use the outdoor and indoor massage pool. Our booking should be twins bed room but just can have double bed for us.

Fabulous luxury Spa close to beach
Pros:

Room was much larger than we expected, bed super comfy, excellent bathroom and shower. The hotel generally is really lovely, very welcoming and relaxed. The bar and restaurants (there are two!) areas were superb, and the Spa facilities were outstanding. We had a meal in the bistro on one night, which was really good, and breakfasts were superb. A very short walk down to Gylly beach, which is lovely, and the Gylly Cafe which we ate in as well. Overall, a fabulous place to stay for a few nights!

Cons:

The room we stayed in was on 1st floor, and the room above suffered with really quite creaky floorboards, with early mornings disrupted a little by our vertical neighbours (not their fault!). We raised it with the staff on the desk when we checked out, and they took the issue seriously, and were going to pass it onto their maintenance team.

Pros:

Hotel ma rewelacyjną lokalizację, tuż nad plażą, co od razu podnosi komfort pobytu. Na miejscu dostępny jest basen, spa, kilka restauracji oraz bar, więc można spędzić czas bardzo wygodnie bez wychodzenia z obiektu. Całość jest utrzymana w świetnej czystości, a śniadania serwowane są zarówno z karty, jak i w formie bufetu. Dużym atutem jest też obszerny parking z wieloma wolnymi miejscami oraz przemiła, pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem były odgórnie wyznaczone godziny otwarcia basenu dla dzieci, które nie do końca spełniły moje oczekiwania. To jednak niewielka uwaga na tle bardzo dużej liczby zalet tego obiektu.

An excellent stay , just a couple of tweaks would really make it special and worth the money . The staff were really war
Pros:

Well kept gardens . Very clean rooms. Lovely shower and comfy bed.

Cons:

The cocktails were a little uninspired served in not very nice glasses . Could do better . Coffee machines needed in rooms not instant coffee . Needs two people at 11 am checkout on reception .

An amazing place with excellent facilities and staff.
Pros:

Great place, set on a hillside with amazing split level facilities and cascading gardens. Well maintained, spotlessly clean.

Our room was number 32 - avoid.. Dark.. next to the kitchen fans.. no view! Very expensive nightly rate!
