An excellent stay , just a couple of tweaks would really make it special and worth the money . The staff were really war
Pros:

Well kept gardens . Very clean rooms. Lovely shower and comfy bed.

Cons:

The cocktails were a little uninspired served in not very nice glasses . Could do better . Coffee machines needed in rooms not instant coffee . Needs two people at 11 am checkout on reception .

An amazing place with excellent facilities and staff.
Pros:

Great place, set on a hillside with amazing split level facilities and cascading gardens. Well maintained, spotlessly clean.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundlicher Service, super Lage, tolles Frühstück. Während unserer Rundreise haben wir den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel um weitere zwei Tage verlängert. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente und Publikum.

Good looking resort, and great service. Good location right next to one of the best beaches in the area, but some very basic elements are overlooked/missing
- No safe in the room!
- No full length mirror!
- No beach towels or baskets (2 mins walk from the beach)
- No tissues or toiletries around the pool / health club
- No cupholders for toothbrushes etc
- Room telephone not working
- Patchy WiFi. Could use extenders / mesh

Lovely and relaxing.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and staff were very accommodating with a smile on their faces.

Cons:

No air conditioning in our room, it was very hot and sleep difficult. Also the menu should be changed in the restaurants, we stayed four nights and it didn’t change.

Extremely overpriced and very disappointing
Pros:

The view in my rear view mirror as I left.

Cons:

The cooked breakfast was very poor; the selection was limited, the food had been on display for a long time and was very unappetising, and the coffee machine kept failing every morning.

The housekeeping didn’t empty the bins or replenish the water daily and there was no fridge so the milk un refrigerated, and the tea choice was limited.

The furniture was dated.

Impersonal and rushed concierge experience.
