Great views but average amenities considering the price.
Pros:

The views and location. Especially if you are planning on hiking. It's super close to Echo Point.

Cons:

WiFi is super unstable and I tried calling the tech support twice with no luck. So I ended up using my gb.
Also, the bathroom fan didn't work. I was staying in the best suite of the hotel by the way.
And, I wanted to order room service but there was no option to do this online, and there was no telephone mentioned anywhere where I can call and order
The breakfast, although delicious, is quite limited. One platter of bits and pieces of fruits, a small portion of granola yoghurt. And only one choice of hot plate.
So, super limited considering what you pay for.

The location was great, so close to the 3 Sisters and Scenic World. Also close to Katoomba. The views were spectacular. The staff were very lovely, nothing was a problem. So accommodating for all our requests.

Cons:

I’m not sure I can honestly say we disliked anything. The only things were the pillows were incredibly soft, but we asked for different pillows and they produced the goods very quickly!

Pros:

Great service , amazing view , food was very good and spa worth a visit .

Cons:

The room was dirty , tired and in need of maintain and a facelift , even the restaurant is becoming shabby being the wallpaper and paint , same with the common rooms hallway walls dirty .

Pros:

Rooms comfy, balcony with superb view, meals and breakfast very gourmet.

Cons:

Limited access facilities seemed lacking, no lift, need to be able to walk stairs for mealtimes. Wardrobe space appear good but only hanging space and tiny drawers. Need different shelves, many people travel with clothes folded.
