The Echoes hotel is high class.
The meal next door was amazing.
Sadly, the evening we stayed was very wet and foggy so there was no views that evening or the next day. Deciding to use the pool we discovered it was next door in another group hotel. There were NO changing facilities at the pool so we were expected to put on our bedroom robes and walk over in the rain then walk back later when wet. The only other option was to get changed in a small toilet which was very poor.
Also, the restaurant was closed and we were told we were eating next door.
If it wasn’t raining and we spent the day looking at the views we would have nothing to complain about but on a wet and foggy day the facilities were lacking. Not what you expect for a high price hotel.
The service was 11 out of 10. The boys upstairs in the evening for dinner, GAME OVER! Best two blokes I’ve ever had serve us in 30 plus years. Arguably the best service you can find. Truly happy with everything from start to finish.

Beautiful location with stunning views, wonderful restaurant and the beautiful piano bar with log fire was divine.
This boutique hotel was right in the edge of the escarpment overlooking the valley.
The restaurant and food was amazing with exceptional service.
The breakfast start time could be earlier like 7.00am start, to allow convenient time to leave earlier for the day trips

It didn’t really feel special enough to justify the price
From start to finish we felt very well looked after
Epic views. In our opinion, Echoes is the the perfect place to stay in the Blue Mountains. It's older world charm and luxury is just perfect - such warmth and character.

The views and location. Especially if you are planning on hiking. It's super close to Echo Point.
WiFi is super unstable and I tried calling the tech support twice with no luck. So I ended up using my gb.
Also, the bathroom fan didn't work. I was staying in the best suite of the hotel by the way.
And, I wanted to order room service but there was no option to do this online, and there was no telephone mentioned anywhere where I can call and order
The breakfast, although delicious, is quite limited. One platter of bits and pieces of fruits, a small portion of granola yoghurt. And only one choice of hot plate.
So, super limited considering what you pay for.
