The location is fabulous

Cons:

Staff at reception desk were not very friendly. Rang me at 4:30pm to ask where I was because reception closed ar 5pm.

Pros:

Rooms comfy, balcony with superb view, meals and breakfast very gourmet.

Cons:

Limited access facilities seemed lacking, no lift, need to be able to walk stairs for mealtimes. Wardrobe space appear good but only hanging space and tiny drawers. Need different shelves, many people travel with clothes folded.

We love visiting the Blue Mts, this is a beautiful place to explore from with wonderful food.
Pros:

Beautiful spot in blue mountains, peaceful, stunning outlook towards escarpment. Clean, fabulous dining always a highlight. Food & service in Echoes restaurant top notch, difficult to beat plus a view.

Cons:

Need new pillows they were ordinary. Rooms are on smaller side for the price.

Clean rooms with a fab view from the balcony.

Cons:

The public areas and the rooms could do with a bit of refreshing - it’s all bit tired. Food at dinner was a case of trying a little too hard, with lots of ingredients but little polish. Breakfast though was excellent.

Incredible location and the breakfast and meal in the restaurant were exceptionally good quality.

Cons:

Bedroom was very clean but there Some dirty spots on service area doors outside our room. Drawers inside the wardrobe were becoming poorly maintained - room 609.

Absolutely loved the service, the staff allowed to check in a little early. The views were to die for, absolutely picturesque. The food was amazing as well as the breakfast. 10/10 best place i have stayed.
