Пожалуй один из лучших отелей Нячанга
Pros:

Второй год останавливаемся в этом отеле в люксе с видом на море. Отель великолепный, персонал очень внимательный и отзывчивый. Отель не стоит на месте, меняется и это тоже радует. Очень понравился ресторан, который открылся на первом этаже. Завтраки хорошие, меню в ресторане разнообразное, цены не выше, а на ряд вещей даже ниже, чем в других ресторанах Нячанга. В целом в отеле чисто, уютно и вкусно. Очень рекомендую! Единственное обращу внимание, что если вы берете пакет, включающий трансфер из/в аэропорт, то связывайтесь с отелем заранее и также заранее предупреждайте о времени отъезда.

Cons:

Мелкие недочеты были, но я считаю, что это не портит общее впечатление от отеля.

Замечательный отель, завтраки бомба, бильярд также доступен, подарили мужу тортик в честь дня рождения, ваучер на спа)) очень доброжелательный персонал, всегда улыбаются, всегда готовы помочь. Депозит вернули без проблем. Также принесли фрукты комплиментом при заселении. Локация хорошая, до башни около 10 мин пешком. С удовольствием вернусь ещё. ❤️

Номер 1004 чуть уставшая мебель.

В целом за эту цену не плохой отель, но уже немного уставший. Заселение прошло хорошо, оплата только в местной валюте. Рядом много где можно поменять деньги. Бассейн работает до 21:00 это хорошо. Заселение прошло быстро, вещи помогли довезти до номера . Климатизация в номере работала хорошо, были принадлежности в виде зубной щетки и подобное. На телевизоре есть YouTube. Перед выселением проверят номер и если вы что то забыли , вам принесут на рецепцию - спасибо за это.

Cons:

Не понравился жесткий матрас и крупные , жесткие, набитые подушки, было не удобно спать . Было жутко душно в коридорах на этаже и лифте , не работала климатизация .

INCREDIBLE HOTEL, STAFF TO MATCH,, Amazing
Pros:

This property has it all, incredible staff... thank you Giang for looking after us throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was expansive something for everyone.. location superb, food everywhere. This hotel had set the bar high. Thank you all staff for their kindness

Pros:

Отель находится в небольшом отделении, но на первой линии и за счет этого в нем тихо и добираться до пляжа удобно. Завтраки отличные, каждый найдет что то для себя. Номера чистые. Кондиционер тихий и не дует. Остужает быстро. Заселение прошло без проблем и выселение тоже . Считаю отель полностью соответствует своим 5 звездам.

There is something that should be done better.
Pros:

The facilities were excellent and convenient for guests to access. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was average—there was a reasonable selection, but nothing particularly stood out.

Cons:

I booked a room for four guests; however, only three sets of towels, slippers, and cups were provided. I called reception to request the missing items, but my request was not handled. I had to call again the following day before the remaining items were finally delivered.
The housekeeping service was also disappointing. The used cups were left unwashed, and the room was not vacuumed properly. Overall, the room service fell well below my expectations.
