Teleurgesteld
Pros:

Prachtig pand in een soort park.
Het was schoon en personeel vriendelijke.

Cons:

Teleurgesteld dat er een zwembad is, waar wij bewust voor hadden gekozen, maar daar konden we geen gebruik van maken.
Ook restaurant en bar gesloten, daar reken je niet op.
Prachtig pand, maar je slaapt in een schuur daarachter.
Airco niets van gemerkt.

A fuir. Catastrophique
Pros:

Accueillis par une personne qui nous a remis les clés, nous étions les seuls clients. Booking proposait la réservation les repas et petits déjeuner alors que l'établissement était fermé. La personne n'a pas voulu que nous utilisions s la piscine, nous avions demandé de des lits séparés dans une chambre. Cela n'a pas été pris en compte. Nous avons dormi sou les toits sous une chaleur insupportable. Nous avons demandé de changer cela nous a été refusé. Pas de petits déjeuner. Les douches et toilettes étaient sales. Nous n'avons pas pu joindre quelqu'un par téléphone. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement mal entretenu.

Disappointing to be roomed in the outdated annex
Pros:

Lovely quiet location, plenty of car parking space. Kind breakfast staff and nice outside area.

Cons:

Unpleasant receptionist on arrival grumbling about our pre arranged early check in. We were pointed in direction of the annex which looked like school dorm. No mention of this when booking. Entryway with orange lino smelt and looked like a gym. This flooring and smell went up the stairs to the row of rooms. Grey painted doors need a refresh. Room extremely basic, no chair, no decor, small towels. Bed soft, mattress on slats, no frame. Bathroom passable, no hand soap, only warm water for shower. Self service breakfast meagre. Overall very disappointing stay.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

The hotel is full of character in a beautiful setting. The best part is the friendliness of the staff. Everyone is welcoming and always ready to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

An incredible few days staying there - I hope to go back.
Pros:

Amazing building, beautiful food. Staff were brilliant. The highlight was the pool which was amazing in the heat wave.
Booked it last minute and felt we had struck gold.

Cons:

The village that it’s located in is quiet and there aren’t of the facilities so you have to eat at the hotel. Luckily, the food at the hotel was excellent and affordable.

Un havre de paix aux portes de Lyon
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé le coté atypique de cet hôtel. Personnel très aimable et arrangeant (prêt d'une salle de réunion pour une visio). Dans un village très calme et pittoresque.

Schitterend out pand midden in tussen de heuvels slechts 5 minuten rijden van de A6 & A46. De slaapkamer waren heel basic maar voor 1 overnachting helemaal prima.
