Cons:

Phòng 103 giống như tầng hầm, ở phòng đó ko có sóng điện thoại. Nhận phòng sàn nhà bẩn khách mượn chổi quét thì nhân viên bảo đã dọn sạch rồi, mình nói nhưng sàn có đất thì nhân viên tỏ thái độ khó chịu
Tự ý thu hồi phòng khi chưa đến giờ trả . Buổi sáng nhóm mình dọn dẹp sạch sẽ và mang theo hành lý vì gd có trẻ em , khi đi gửi chìa khóa cho ks, 11h nhắn chủ thuê thêm giờ thì ko đc phản hồi, 12h gọi lại ks bảo khi sáng đã dọn phòng mình cho khách khác thuê rồi . Ks đổ lỗi do gd mình bảo trả phòng nhưng check cam rõ ràng người trong nhóm đã trả lời " dạ chưa" sau khi đc hỏi " trả phòng à". Một trải nghiệm ko tốt và chuyến lưu trú tại đây.
