الغرف صغيره شوي ومستوى النظافه كان جيد،، اكثر شي عجبني موظفات الاستقبال كانوا قمة في التعامل وبالاخص الموظفه روان كانت جدًا لطيفة ومتعاونة، وخدمتنا بكل احترافية وابتسامة. وجودها كان من الأشياء الجميلة في إقامتنا، وتستحق كل الشكر والتقدير.

الموظفين ممتازين ولكن يحتاجون تدريب افضل .. وصلت الساعة 9 ونص مساء .. وأول ما وصلت بلغوني اني ارتاح ع الكنب .. وتفاجأت انهم يخدمون ناس وصلوا بعدي وحين سالتهم ليش ؟ قالوا( ماشفناك ) .. مدة انتظاري في الاستقبال من وصولي إلى أن انتهيت اكثر من نصف ساعة ..

Pros:

The hotel have nice rooms, good Turkish restaurant in the hoof top, good restaurant in the ground, also a nice coffee in the mezzanine together with the swimming beautiful. The gym have nice equipments. The location is great. I strongly recommend.
