I had a good experience
Pros:

Honestly it’s a beautiful property in a lovely and safe neighborhood, the staff is awesome. I like the outside sitting area, food was great, it offers a place to relax after a long day.

Cons:

It closes early and doesn’t serve alcohol, so your guests might not want to stay for long.

I don’t think they’re quite ready yet

Cons:

- construction noise next door
- No Dstv subscription unpaid so couldn’t watch matches
- No cutlery and drinking glasses
- AC was dripping had to change rooms
- Towels looking tired already
- Tissue was just dropped in packet I had to open and hang myself
- I had to struggle to find the sockets to almost everything and put it on myself
- For the price they’re charging I expected better quality service

Понравилось локация так как было чисто и безопасно

Cons:

Ресепшен при регистрации была очень груба и были прямые намеки на расизм это меня очень разочаровало я была очень расстроена это не то что хотелось бы чувствовать при бронирования отеля
Также очень редко девочки с ресепшен здоровались не знаю что повлияло на это
Я очень разочарована и не буду н кому рекомендовать это место

I had an amazing time at this hotel and Goodness the receptionist is very professional and very helpful.
Pros:

The property feels like a home and the receptionist ( Goodness) was very helpful, friendly and polite. She helped a lot when I arrived and when I left.
