Guest Reviews
The location was central.
The hotel was beautiful
They had a restaurant in the same compound, so it was an added bonus.
They don’t have key cards shared to me, so they had to open the door for me anytime I came back in, which made me feel unsafe while sleeping.
They didn’t have WiFi for me.
The bed was too hard, it felt like I was sleeping on the floor.
The pillow was like a balloon, so it was uncomfortable.
The menu options were very limited, and menu had no alcohol.
At some point (Day 3), the toilet stopped flushing. I called the front desk and they said they would fix it, but never did.
Clean, proximity to city center
Service, pricing disparities, the room I booked was not the room I was given.
It was a nice location and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was good with nice variety
They didnt have a good variety of meals for other meals of the day.
Honestly it’s a beautiful property in a lovely and safe neighborhood, the staff is awesome. I like the outside sitting area, food was great, it offers a place to relax after a long day.
It closes early and doesn’t serve alcohol, so your guests might not want to stay for long.
Location
Cleanliness
- construction noise next door
- No Dstv subscription unpaid so couldn’t watch matches
- No cutlery and drinking glasses
- AC was dripping had to change rooms
- Towels looking tired already
- Tissue was just dropped in packet I had to open and hang myself
- I had to struggle to find the sockets to almost everything and put it on myself
- For the price they’re charging I expected better quality service

Poor service
Perfect customer service. Clara at reception is a plus to the company
Electricity issue
The property feels like a home and the receptionist ( Goodness) was very helpful, friendly and polite. She helped a lot when I arrived and when I left.
Nothing- everything was perfect
The stay was quite pleasant and the start were very professional and forth caring.
The faulty was very clean and well ventilated.
The food had a rich taste.
Every thing was quite ok as advertised.
No surprises were unconfined ding the stay.
Very comfortable and great location
Parking was a bit challenging at times but nothing too serious
