The beds was quite hard for me, but other than that, the place was excellent location and value for money

Nuestra ventana daba al bar y a altas horas de la noche se escuchaba alguna vez alguna conversación. Por otro lado, teníamos comida justo debajo del hostal:)
The lady who runs the place is super helpful and will respond to your messages immediately. The room is large and spacious, and the location is great, with many rental bikes just outside.
Would stay here again!

1) The owner met me at the metro station, drove to the lovation of the hostel, instructed on how everything works, provided useful tips and best dining spots nearby
2) Room was confortable, water bkttle refillinf stations on each floor
3) Most impoortant several washing and drying machines available to do laundry👍🏻

Location was nice. Close to a very nice barbeque -street-restaurant and to Gongren temple. But a bit far to metrostation.
The hotel has a fridge and a freezer that one can use!
Codes on the doors to get in, great to not worry about dropping a key.
The owner/host was very kind and helpful.
The beds was pretty hard. The picture shows very bright and clean rooms, but in reality the rooms was pretty dark and very unclean.
The "bathroom" is a tiny shower cabinet inside the room with no place to stand up and shower. You have to sit on the toilet seat to shower if you are a bit taller. (And since you have to leave used toilet paper in a container next to the shower, the container need to be moved before showering).
Found old toe nails and sand and dirt along the wall under the bed, very unhygienic. Also the big pillows (that can be seen in pictures) looks unwashed. The reality is much more dirty than the pictures show.
Once checked in, we got information that they DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOM. One takes the garbage out and leave outside the door.
You get 1 bathtowel to use for 1 person. A "disposable" towel intended for 1-time use! At least one should have got more of those towels (at least 1 for each number of night you stay).
The reception area in the hotel/hostel with the red wall is closed and feels like someone is using it as a storage. Not very cozy to hang out there (and it is also very hot and no aircondition there). You dont get a nice view from the windows if you end up towards the backside. Windows towards the front side is noisy in the evening since there is a restaurant open until 1 in the morning (weekend anyways).
Every time you open the door to the room, electricity is cut (there is a sensor on the doors). You have to push a button to keep electricity on in the room. The idea is of course to save electricity. But when you have kids that likes to open and close the door, it is very inconvenient and irritating (with the beep sound from the sensor).
No elevator. Heavy luggage and child carriage has to be lifted up manually to 2nd or 3rd floor.
No sound isolation. Can hear people talking in their room on 3rd floor when on 2nd floor.

The hotel location was good, right next to one of the old city wall gates and 15 minutes walk to metro station, The room facilities were decent and clean, the staff were kind and helpful, and there was also free laundry service available.
Almost everything was disposable, and they only provided disposable towels based on the number of nights we stayed. Taking a shower was a bit difficult because of the size of bathroom, and the hotel also had no elevator with quite a lot of stairs. The price was a little high compared to the facilities and services provided.
A equipe do hotel é simplesmente incrível! A atenção dada aos hóspedes é enorme, cuidam de você como se fosse seus pais! Até mesmo te entregam um cartão em chinês com todos endereços turísticos, incluindo do hotel, com orientações em chinês para você mostrar ao taxista caso se perca.
A limpeza pode melhorar, mas para os padrões da China estava ótimo!
The place was right next to the Xian City Wall, but in a very quiet neighborhood so I had a good sleep. It was very clean and comfy. The staff was helpful and kind. Thank you so much! If I ever visit Xian, I'll definitely stay here again

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de templos de la muralla y con muy fácil acceso al centro y a transporte. En recepción hablan un poco de inglés y te ayudan todo lo que pueden con recomendaciones. Habitaciones cómodas y localización tranquila. Todo esto por un precio más que razonable por dónde está y lo que ofrece comparado con otras opciones.
Nada negativo que mencionar.
L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile dalla metropolitana, grazie alle indicazioni ricevute su wechat. Sebbene sia dentro le mura di Xi'an, arrivare nella zona della vecchia moschea richiede mezz'ora di buon passo.
