Group and Longstay Policy:
Bookings under the same name and dates, requiring more than 5 rooms or over 10 people, will follow the Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy regardless of the rate they have booked.
Bookings under the same name and dates extending beyond 14 days, will follow the Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy regardless of the rate they have booked.
Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit of the total amount to guarantee the booking, we will notify the guest before we charge the credit card on the booking. This deposit is nonrefundable.
The remaining 50% of the booking must be paid up to 15 days before the arrival date. This is nonrefundable.
The hotel will contact the customer before we charge the remaining 50% and remind them that the remaining amount is due 15 days in advance. If the payment is not received, we will notify in writing that we will hold the booking for an additional 48 hours and if it is not received, the booking will be canceled 10 days prior to arrival.
Please note that all guests must be 18 years of age or older. All guests staying in dorms should provide us Passport as ID.
For guests staying in dormitories, there is a fee of 6 AUD per towel.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Well appointed room with all the things you were likely to need; no fridge or TV though which, whilst not a problem for us, may trip up future guests. Would have been nice to have some UHT (as there is no fridge) milk cartons for tea! The attached bar and restaurant were lively with excellent food, drinks and service. Great location: handy for Roma Street station and the CBD
Arrival/check in: arrived off the overnight sleeper from SYD at 05:15 to find no way of getting in (to drop off our luggage) or contacting anyone (the posted phone number simply went to voicemail)
Lage Top und Zimmer schön eingerichtet und obwohl an der Straße leise.
Very nice and comfortable hostel. Close to the CBD bus stop and train, the bed was super comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Lautaro the receptionist was the best! Anytime I had I question about anything he tried to help me as much as he can.
I totally recommend this hostel if you are looking for a nice comfort and quiet place!!

Location is good.
It’s really dirty. The bathroom had no soap, the floors were filthy and all the shared areas had overflowing bins, unclean furniture and a bad smell. There were clumps of hair in the bathroom. The rooms lack ventilation and people put their stuff everywhere. Tiny flies were in the rooms and public areas.
The water pressure in the bathroom is too low.
The environment was very clean.
I think a hairdryer should be provided free of charge as a basic amenity. It’s quite inconvenient for travellers to have to bring their own hairdryer.
