Not maintained at all. Very poor facilities. Overpriced. In room dining food was awful.
Staff was not cooperative. My request for hard mattress was denied. Room service was very poor

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar for 3 days with my wife and our two children, and it was a thoroughly delightful experience. The hotel truly stands out for its execution of upscale hospitality.

Hospitality & Staff: The staff deserves a special mention. From the smooth check-in to the restaurant service, everyone was incredibly warm, courteous, and attentive to our kids. Their kid-friendly approach made our family feel deeply welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention for Pankaja and other staff members who were gracious enough to bring upon a birthday cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday when they came to know about the reason for our stay.
Cleanliness: Our room and the common areas were immaculate. The housekeeping team is exceptionally thorough, ensuring that the room was perfectly refreshed every single day.
Hygiene Standards: As a family traveling with children, hygiene is our top priority. We were highly impressed by the pristine condition of the dining areas, the pool, and the public restrooms. It’s clear the hotel maintains very strict sanitization and hygiene protocols.
Overall Service & Amenities: Every service aspect—from prompt room service to the bell desk—was handled with absolute professionalism and efficiency. The amenities provided a perfect balance of luxury and comfort for a family vacation.
We had a wonderful 3 days here and would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with family. We look forward to visiting again!
The only tiny detail keeping this from a full 10 stars was a minor delay we faced in availing certain services, but the staff handled everything so gracefully that it barely impacted our experience.

Rude,Front office Execurive- Mr. Franklin..Sticky Washroon and Bedroom Floor..Broken electeic sockets under the table with wires hanging, All BHAKTI CHANNELS,Only FREE ON TV. Absolute Zero Guest Care..Kept on ringing different nos to get drinking water and water to make tea...No stirrer in ROOM TEA CADDY...Pathetic service during breakfast...Ordered Omelette, which was conveniently forgotten to be served..On reaching the live station, it was lying on the side and chef offered ICE COLD, Omelette, which, May be, was sitting on the counter since God Knows How Long..!!!!???
