Great communication with the owner, very clear instructions provided. The apartment is very well equipped - you have everything you need there and it was also very clean.
You can park your car on the street (public parking) not far away from the apartment.

Pros:

Kleine Wohlfühl-Oase, stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail: von Stadtplan im Zimmer bis zu beschrifteten Gewürzdöschen in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, viele nützliche Kleinigkeiten, die Reisende so brauchen könnten.
Sauberkeit sowieso top!
War früher schon mal hier.
Fazit: auch nach Jahren ist nichts abgewohnt, hier wird alles in Schuss gehalten, gar verbessert: Einzelzimmer hat nun auch einen riesen Fernseher (aus Zeitmangel gar nicht genutzt)

Pros:

Lage sehr gut für Hundehalter mit Gassimöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Edeka und Penny ganz nah gelegen. Gut vom Hbf mittels Straßenbahn und Bus erreichbar. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und kostenlos.

Cons:

Das Bett war zu weich, Hatte Rückenschmerzen nach einer Nacht. Sauberkeit. Auf Booking stand bei der Buchung, das ein Haustier mitinbegriffen wäre, aber es wurde dann doch eine Hundegebühr verlangt. Im Eingangsflur ist eine Kamera angebracht.

Saubere Unterkunft und Gastgeber ist auch sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Alles einwandfrei geklappt, bis auf sie Parkplätze, aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür, da sich da momentan eine Baustelle befindet.

Pros:

Der Empfang war super freundlich! Und mega einfach!
Innerhalb kürzester zeit auch eine Antwort bekommen und konnte super einfach einchecken :)

Zum Thema Sauberkeit alles super! Frische Bettbezüge und das Zimmer hat auch angenehm gerochen!

Pros:

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestatted mit Computergames, ein großes Fernseher, Küche und Bad. Wir haben einen Fehler begangen bei der Buchung, und der Eigentümer war trotzdem Freundlich und gelassen.

Cons:

Die Wohnung ist wahrscheinlich besser geeignet für jüngere Menschen, und nich ältere Menschen mit Geh- und sicht einschränkungen. Sie ist nicht gut zu Fuss erreichbar für solchen Menschen. Perfekt für jüngeres Publikum.
