Schickes Hotel, wie auf den Fotos

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und viel zu warm. Nachts nur bei offenem Fenster erträglich. Nur der Lärm von den Strom Aggregaten hat uns den Schlaf geraubt.
Frühstück am ersten Tag unterirdisch.
Am 2. Tag etwas besser, aber auf gar keinen Fall 4**** Niveau. Wenn man nicht unbedingt im Park übernachten möchte, gibt es für das Geld bessere Unterkünfte in Bosnien.

Pleasant stay, but poorer value for money than last year.
Pros:

This is our third time here, as we love nature, the spa centre and the food is very delicious. The staff was pleasant and quite helpful and our accomodation was quite comfortable. The addition of a water boiler for coffee in the room was a plus. However, there are some things that ought to be refined in order for the stay to earn its 4-star rating.

Cons:

Children under 16 frequented the spa centre, which was against the rules. We had a large balcony, which was very spacious, but not adequately furnished, with only a table and a few chairs to cover the rather large area. In one instance, we waited for our dinner way longer than expected and our waiter was visibly nervous, as the restaurant hosted someone’s birthday party. The prices were much higher than last year, but the service stayed the same. There weren’t enough poolchairs to suit all of the guests.

Spa zona je bila savršena, grijani unutarnji bazen, saune, lezaljke. Soba je bila čista i uredna. Osoblje u restoranu i u hotelu je bilo jako ljubazno i uslužno. Doručak je bio solidan, mali izbor ali je sve bilo fino.

Cons:

Možda najveća zamjerka što hotel s 4 ⭐️ nema klime u sobama. Naša soba je bila mala i poprilično zagušljiva, a bio je kraj 5.mjeseca 🫠

Pros:

Ottimo colazione, ottima spa e massaggi! Personale disponibile e gentile e competente. Ambienti bellissimi e ottimi collegamenti con i monumenti. Ristorante con colazione ottima.

Cons:

Abbiamo dovuto chiedere accappatoi nuovi perché non erano puliti al nostro arrivo, abbiamo trovato un capello e della polvere in un bicchiere fornito per l'acqua.
Ristorante per la cena lento a servire, anche se cibo ottimo. Ma il ristorante ha forse gestione diversa.
